I just got home and this is what happened when I opened the bag. What the hell? I never had any problems until today. First I had to wait longer for my food and now this when I came home.
Very Disappointed!! First, I was ordered all flat and mistake; came out are mix and one of the order don't even have flat wings; second, one of the wings only Fried without bother to put any sauce on it..the worst wings ever that I ever know. Need more training to take the correct order!!
Never left negative feedback before for any business. Ever. Never got my order. They were running two hours behind tonight on pickup orders. Finally gave up and left. 25 people in the store waiting for their pickup. I understand staffing difficulties in this environment, but if you don’t have sufficient staff then don’t take additional orders.
Hilda and her team did awesome!!! My order was BIG she went above and beyond to help me through the ordering process and the picking up everything was done on time!!!
Ordered my food for delivery and was called an hour later from Wingstop stating that door dash “stole my order and to call door dash” door dash states it’s on Wingstop. Wingstop didn’t make it up to me. So here I am with me 1 star review because I’m hungry and it’s hour later at this point.
Extremely upset at how undercooked these tenders were. My kid took a bite and so did I until I noticed something was off. I talked to the manager and I’ve been informed a refund is on its way. I just wanted to share these images as evidence. Dinner plans completely ruined tonight. Such a shame, I am a wingstop fan but I guess they have newbies that are not following the proper processes.
The wings and strips were great. The fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. It wasn't worth driving back to replace them so disappointed with that part of our meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we were waiting on our order.

The good, the bad, the ugly. So the food is good. Could be though when my family and friends eat here we’re hungry. The wait is so bad. Every time we order from here it’s always way beyond what app says. Tonight is was 1.5 hours beyond what app said was projected time. Door dash had priority. Staff tried to keep up but process is broken. The ugly is there is no recourse for the people who pay through the app meanwhile everyone who paid at pickup tonight received 20% off their order. The wait here is so bad. Whataburger wait is better. IYKYK.
Glad I have a air fryer my wings were cold and yes I was there on time to pick up my order even 10 minutes after I ordered. Wings are cold sause on the wings are cold and fries are hard. Won't be ordering Wingstop again it's been iffy eveytime I order this time did it for me.
