Edit: I would also like to add, it wasn't busy by any means. And they weren't short staffed, they had 4 workers just leaning back chatting it up the whole time.Would give it 0 stars if I could. Went this morning at 8:30 am to get breakfast. Right infront of me there were some teenagers just chatting it up with the cashier while I'm trying just order my food and leave. Once they finally are done talking, I get attended. Patty melt and medium fries. Took 25 minutes to get. Wasn't packed, people that ordered got their food, ate and left before I even got mine. I went up to the kitchen entrance and asked the manager if she could check about my order. Right away she responded with a sassy remark. Then she proceeded to talk smack in Spanish as if I wouldn't of understood. They finally got my order out. If I hadn't asked about it who knows how much longer I would of sat waiting.
OMG. Whataburger has good fast food however their service is not great. Especially when I wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes and this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. I think they need to reevaluate how they manage these restaurants and how they have people wait in line for an absurd amount of time. Not pleased. This is one reason I don’t come here often.
Made an order online, got there in the time frame it says to be there. Waited in the car for 15 minutes so decided to go inside only to find it filled with a ton of teens, most from some sort of game, soccer? Smelled so gross in there and it was loud. Went to inform them I've been waited on my PREPAID order of 2 meals only for them to tell me it'd be another 15 minute wait. They gave us out drinks while we wait, when drinking and at the table some teens were acting crazy and ran outside to fight which resulted to a bunch of teens inside the facility to run towards the window and see the action where one of them bumped into us spilling our drink all over the counter and floor. Now going back up there the staff gave us our food, got home only to see 1. Our order is wrong, 2. Our fries were EXTREMLY cold, as in not edible, underdone as they were hard (hard not due to being in the oil too long, hard as in and undercooked potato tastes like) while the chicken sandwhich was hot but missing bacon. $20 wasted. We filed a complaint through the app where it said we would be contacted within 3-5 business days which Ofc is another saying for 'we don't care'. We were too hungry and since we prepaid for our meal to leave as soon as we saw that chaos inside. We love right down the road from here, will never come back.
Go somewhere else. This location is so mismanaged it’s unreal. Why order on an app to sit for 35min? Absolute ? show.
Nothing like waiting in line for 30 minutes in the drive-through only to have every single sandwich be wrong cold nasty fries and slow poor service
Not even sure I would give it a full star. Been over a year since going there because of such horrible service. Decided to give it another try. Ordered online. Food should be ready by 7:28. I pull up at 7:28 and go inside. Manager goes to get my order…comes back and says it will be 5-7 minutes yet. Fast forward 22 minutes…witnessing 8 peopleGoing to the kitchen to ask for the rest of their order/ have it corrected, and 2 people with curbside orders come in side because they sat there forever and no one came out.. Someone finally came out to tell me they didn’t have an item that I ordered and needed to switch it. Another 4 minutes and I got my Whataburger meal and was out the door (Never to be back again)
Really slow service and don’t even try to do curbside. Left me waiting for almost half an hour in my car and only when I went inside did they even START my order. This location is closer and more convenient to go to but with the constant slow service I receive I’d rather go to the one further away, at least they get my order in a timely manner.
I have been coming to this place for the past 6 months, compared to other locations, this always been clean and service is far beyond great!I took my little one today for his BD and a man named Chas welcomed us and took care of us until we left, He absolutely has great customer service skills and know how to take care of customersComing back for sureKeep up the great smile Chas
I personally don't understand why people like this place. I haven't had a burger I've ever liked there and those chunky chopped onions they put in burgers is SO NOT a good idea as they fall out all over and doesn't even taste good. My kid really likes the Dr. Pepper shake but I WON'T EVER be waiting in line for it for nearly 35 mins, like we did once and that'sall he ordered but we waitedthat long for it! The service is SUPER SLOW and the staff I don't think like their jobs. It isn't worth the money or the time you spend going there to wait.
Honestly, this place is a shame to the Whataburger brand. I’m standing here waiting on a mobile order I ordered almost 45 minutes ago, and it hasn’t been prepared for me yet. There are 5 people in the kitchen quietly working and putting out orders, there are 5 whataburger employees sitting at a table doing nothing, and there are 3 employees going in and out between the kitchen and the couple of employees at the table, and i know that for a fact those people are not rewashing as they enter the kitchen. They are cursing as they move through the restaurant and around us. It’s a shame. This places needs some better management that is Bold enough to fire folks that don’t keep up their piece of the work. But to any employee working there, if you’re currently reading this, remember, when you treat your entry level job like it doesn’t matter and you don’t care, you’ll never get a better job.
