I hope these girls go to college because they look so miserable working here. Is it them or the company they work for? 10 minute wait while they’re in the back on their phones. No smile, no greeting, just a stare waiting for you to say what you want. If you don’t want to serve customers then don’t work in the service industry.
This place is falling a part, no manager to control the business, very poor customer service and very low experience and careless employees, most of time the supplies are out of stock, long wait for simple order, probably my last time to buy subway here, I used to work in subway and fast food, I know how it supposed to be, it’s very unfortunate.
Sandwiches were good. The brownie cookie was over-cooked and completely unenjoyable.
The worst sandwich I ever had. The bread was so crispy that I couldn't get my mouth around it. I filled out a survey, but apparently Subway doesn't care about bad experiences.
This location is inside a very busy 7-11 gas station and always has a line. The reason is that there is usually only 1 person working here at any one time. I'm not criticizing the staff they do have, but understand that when you come here, you will spend 15-25 minutes in line to get a sandwich. They only have one speed here----SLOW. If you're patient and have 15-25 minutes, you can get a sandwich/order filled and be on your way. But, you will always have to wait. There is NEVER a chance you will stop here and find noone in line, it ALWAYS has people waiting. Trust me, don't stop here if you're in a hurry...not possible to get anything in under 5 minutes.
worst place to have a subway they are very lazy and doesnt really pay attention to what customer is asking , they pay attention to listening music on ipods than getting details from customer ,i would never ever come here again ..waste of money and waste of time
Rude staff and slow. One guy just wants to stand around and do the register l while there is 10 people in line. Order online don't get there early they won't start on your sandwich till after the time on your receipt.
Closed an hour and a half early. Do not suggest going to this location unless you want to be let down.
Ordered online, food was ready when promised. Good service.
