when i walk into starbucks i’m always so happy to see Ash always greeting me with a smile! she makes my strawberry acai refreshers better than the rest!
This is the slowest drive-thru of any Starbucks ever. Don't bother coming here if you are in any kind of hurry....Are they understaffed?? Its been this way since the first time I started coming here in late 2021. No matter the time of day.

I had the best service the other day!! Kristina was my barista and made my coffee ☕️ PERFECT!!She delivered it with a smile and was extremely welcoming! So impressed with such a young kid who takes pride in her job!
This Starbucks has never been stocked up since it opened. It’s the only drive thru Starbucks in Prosper, and has a huge clientele, typically with a line wrapped around. But forget about ordering 75% of the menu because they are always out of everything!!! Clearly the owner or manager does not know how to order the right amount to keep in stock. Annoying.

I do not drink Starbucks but my daughter does. I try to always get her a generous gift card for Starbucks! The staff inside was very helpful and pleasant.
Every time I come to this Starbucks it is the slowest drive-through I have ever been to before. I don’t know if it’s just short staffed like a lot of other places, but good lord. And the few times I have gotten coffee here, it’s tasted so bad. Either made wrong or something. I’ll stick to the eldorado Starbucks even though this one is closer to me.
First time here today. Fast and friendly service! They actually had some breakfast sandwiches available when all other local locations were sold out!
I usually go to the one on Stonebrook and Preston but decided to stop by to the new location in Prosper. This Starbucks is super friendly! I love how I came at a non-busy time and they took their time looking for the merchandise I was looking for but unfortunately did not have. I was blown away by how they handled looking because most Starbucks’ say “oh we aren’t allowed” or “park in the parking lot and come look” but not this Starbucks they go over the moon and also provide different options. My drinks were also fantastic, im not really picky but it’s the fact I decided to add some modifications and they did so flawlessly.
