I been coming here since it opened been a loyal customer since day one always tipped the barista very good even when the coffee wasn't how I liked it.. After the disrespect I recieved today I will never come here again not only was the girl rude the customer she was talking to was rude to me she's never on time everything is always a mess she obviously don't like her job didn't catch her name but she works In the morning so I'm the owner of a large utility company will take my business elsewhere I already called all my employees and told them to go across the street today I got 2500 In gift cards and Kroger's you lost out due to your rude employee horrible horrible I'll never step foot in there again

All the baristas are incredibly nice but that does not make up for the poor quality of the coffee. I always get a cold brew (which is one of the most simple items to make) and somehow it is not made correctly. About 85% of the time it is either incredibly weak and or they don't even add sweetener to it. This morning I expressly stated that I wanted a shot of espresso and vanilla sweetener and when I get my coffee, not only was it weak, it didn't taste like any sweetener was even added. I don't know if the baristas are just that spaced out that they are skipping steps or if they were not taught how to make the drinks. At this point, its not worth waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive-through and paying nearly $5 for a coffee that won't even be made correctly.
Mobile order option is usually off at this location. Long time customer and this location always disappoints.

I have 3 because they usually do a great jobEspecially how bad across the way is. Both people here seem new Tina had a great personality very polite although Tennessee seemed irritated and moody I found myself getting flustered repeating my self I asked Tennessee a question he seemed bothered like I was asking a charge on the receipt that came out to $39 . These past experiences in the last couple months has me searching for ways to make at home. Started with 3 now had change to 2 I live 1.3 miles away over microwaved the sandwiches it was chewy and hard, she put the grandkids cake pops on bottom so no frost snow man face melted off, drinks where good Tennessee made, 2 lemon cakes frosting melted off and crushed up my daughter had to eat with spoon.
Friendly and kind service and there hot chocolate is to die for!!
They are fast and friendly here. One of the few places that still have spots you can sit at for a while. It's inside the Kroger and has a small self-pay foot court next to it with additional seating. There is a stand alone Starbucks across the street, but this one is perfect for one of those all-in-one stops.
