First of all, the young woman taking my order was not paying attention. When my rt44 Diet Cherry Limeade arrived it was SO weak, the limeade was probably watered down, and there was hardly any cherry flavoring. I paid full price for a drink that was not enjoyable and not refreshing on a very hot day. I won't return to this Sonic location and I will drive further to a better Sonic.
We picked this place so we can get our food fast but we got our food 30 min later after we ordered. The other cars got theirs sooner but somehow Sonic staff skipped us and we had to pick up our food from inside. Will not return for a while.
I haven't been here for awhile and I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. This store is cutting some corners. No cherries or limes in the "ades" , they were out of onion rings ( isn't that one of your staples?), The Oreo blast barely had any Oreos, and my poor kid got the saddest looking grilled "cheese"- he didn't eat it. The only positive is I ordered through the app and got quick service.

I give zero stars to this Sonic location if it was an option. I've been to this location around four to five times. Longest wait times and my order has been wrong everytime. This past time I ordered a simple blast and they only put the blast mix in the very top layer. It was like have soft serve ice cream with some candy sprinkled on top.
I don’t know why I keep trying to give them chances . Food is ALWAYS cold and soggy. tots today were soggy and tasted like were a week old. Maybe two other cars there and for fries and tots it was 20 minute wait.
I worked fast food so I know how to properly order. I asked for a chili cheese hot dog COMBO, substitute the fountain drink for a slushie instead and upsize it to a large instead of a medium (this will charge me 50 cents extra) but instead the employee charges my hot dog, fries and drink seperately?!?! Pure laziness / lack of knowledge which cost me money for their incompetence, combos are CHEAPER as a bundle instead of ringing things up seperately. Really annoying since I was suppose to pay less. I only live one mile from here, would have loved to come here on the usual but if this is a normal occurance I will stick with chilis.
The burgers were bueno per usual but, the iced tea was more ice than Tea! Too much ice! The ice was 3/4th of the cup? leaving very little room for the actual drink. ? You can do better Sonic!!! Do you even have refills.... ?
Had to change my rating from 4 stars to 3 after this last meal. I got the Super Sonic Burrito (breakfast). It was LOADED with jalapenos, onions, and melted cheese. Hardly and meat, and I believe they forgot the egg entirely. Was disgusting and got thrown out. Only the tots were worth it this time around.
Order was incorrect to start before we left, had to get it corrected. Then get home to find out one of the buns was hard as a rock. Had to go back to the store and request a refund. On top of that, sandwich was a mess and poorly made. Apologies are easy when you stink and are used to unhappy customers, would rather a decent experience instead.
