Wow is never a disappointment to come to this place!!!We had an Amazing time food and services was great. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, drinks were brought to the table right away got some chips and salsa very quick!We could see how attentive the manager was with everyone he even himself cleaned the table for us to be seated.I will highly recommend this place!! We like the Frisco location but definitely prefer the Prosper one. Very highly recommend this restaurant!
Always very happy with this place my family absolutely loves Salsa Tex-Mex food was great drinks we’re excellent.Our server was very quick and on top of our needs, She was definitely well trained!Manager stop by to check on us several timesI could honestly said that he cares about his customers! We’ll definitely come back over and over! Highly recommend this place.
Worst SERVICE OF MY LIFE! The Plano and frisco location are so well ran and this placed is going down by the poor and lack of manager incompetenceOur waitress kept ignoring us the entire time we were satWe kept having to ask her to bring us items and then would just walk past our table in complete blindnessImmediately when someone she recognized got sat down she immediately got there drinks and appetizersKeep in mind we have been sitting here for well over 30minutes and no food yetWhen we asked her to please replace the dry beer my partner wanted she immediately argued instead of just say yes and replacing it….When we spoke to the manager he didn’t even try to assist the issue and instead he point at the door and asked us to leave and then still went about how someone in her family passed away? Which wasn’t needed all that was needed was better service and better manager , I understand loss is hard but if she wasn’t having a great day maybe she should’ve not been waiting tables and had someone else help usThe manger talked back to us and didn’t even have compassion towards us waiting and waiting with no food and no dips or chipsHe needs to fired or get trained on being a better managerThis was so disappointing and the only reason we still support the restaurant is due to the Plano and frisco locationDONT COME HERE TRUST ME SAVE YOUR MONEY AND Time WORST MANAGER OF MY LIFETHIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET RID OFF F HIM IF THEY WANT LONG TERM CUSTOMERS AND NOT ONE TIME
This was a good find. Have passed it a few times since moving to the area. Spinach and chicken. Quesadilla was delicious. Their house marks on the rocks are very tasty!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a good meal
Our go-to spot...sometimes multiple times a week! lol Always great service, their beef fajitas are delish, and their lawn for the kids to burn energy is so nice - esp since they put turf in!
I am not one to write many reviews. However, after experiencing many restaurants over the years (in Mexico) and the US, I would definitely say this place is on par with good Tex-Mex. I had a spicy margarita w/ casamigos which was surprisingly good and large. The fried jalapeños and pork entree I had were delicious as well! Ask for Halle and you’ll get the best service too!
Worst service ever. Once we were seated, no one came up to us for 10 mins. Once we got our drinks our waiter (Ernesto) disappeared for 15 mins... another waiter noticed our empty glasses, refilled them for us, and took our food order. Our food took forever and it wasn't even busy. Our waiter never came back to check on us after dropping off the food... he didn't return until we were done and ready for the check. Thank goodness we left cash or we would've waited forever for him to come back and take our card... he never came back. My boyfriend eventually had to get up and ask another waiter for a to go box.
We absolutely love Salsa! We go every Friday evening. The kids love to play in the field right off the patio. They are always busy because it's just that good! Lupita is literally the best waitress they have! She always takes such good care of us and remembers what everyone orders. You won't be disappointed!
So far this is my favorite Tex-Mex near my house. They seem to repeatedly get orders wrong when you ask for customizations, like no beans on nachos, but they fix it quickly when you point it out. Overall a great place and I still come here.
Beautiful day, early evening. Plenty of space inside but long line waiting for outdoor seating. Our service was poor at best, waiting a long time to be recognized then food order not complete and a long wait for the missing items. Food itself was fine but certainly not anything special. Well. . . . our server had a beautiful smile anyway.
