Their dining area is randomly closed today in the middle of the day without a sign explaining why. The kid who took my order at the drive through speaker has a disgusting attitude. Left me waiting for several minutes without saying anything and acted irritated by me saying, “hello?” Would not let me ask a question. I was met with, “just order.” At the window, I was not greeted at all. He just quoted my total, and shoved my card and receipt and food into my hands. As a paying customer, I do not deserve to disrespected so blatantly for no reason.Update: I’ve reached out to their corporate office, and customer service regarding this poorly ran location. I’ve been ignored completely as a result. This location probably won’t last too long if they keep closing the lobby and treating the few customers they do get via drive thru like trash. Avoid coming here!

Service is absolutely horrible. Waiting in the drive thru line FOREVER had to repeat myself to the person taking my order multiple times because she kept getting it wrong. When I got my food the cashier was extremely unprofessional and gave me the wrong food. Didn’t realize until I drove off so I turned back. Couldn’t go inside at 8pm because the lobby was closed. Here we go again waiting in a long drive through line. MANAGEMENT REALLY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER.

I have tried and tried with this store but today will be my last time here! I cannot tell you how many times I have sat in the line for over 15 minutes I’m trying to support a new business in the area that generally I like. Today I went through after having some dental work done and just wanted mashed potatoes and gravy. When I got to the window I asked the (appeared to be) manager specifically (don’t judge) for lots of black pepper and cocktail sauce because I like it in my mashed potatoes and gravy. Not only did she inform me it would be $0.25 each (I asked for 2) {FINE?} but when I get back to the office. I find THREE pepper packets and NINE SALT packets… WHY IS THIS SO HARD? There we’re not t a ton of people in line, the building was not on fire and SOMEONE thought you were intelligent enough to at LEAST listen. This isn’t really Popeyes fault but NO ONE SAID SALT! Yes I am angry ?

It is currently 6:00pm and this location is “open until 10:00pm” according to google. We waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, waiting for someone to take our order. In this time, 8-10 cars lined up behind us. We tried asking for someone at the speaker and nobody responded. We drove to the front door, tried to walk inside, and upon grabbing the door—we learned that the doors are locked, the lights are off, and NOBODY was inside working during business hours!!!! There was no notice on the door as to why either. We just wasted time and gas to find this restaurant completely closed during business hours with no reason or explanation. Completely disappointed and will have to go to KFC from now on for the chicken sandwich.

Management needs to be fired from this location. Owners need to take responsibility for their employees to show up before hours of operation. On Google and on their door it says they open at 10:30. We showed up 10:45 and no one answers the drive through. We drive around 3 times and still no one answers the drive through speaker. We also honk and still no answer. At 11:00 we finally call to see what time they open. They told us they were open, but then said they wouldn’t be ready until 10-15 minutes. Just because we are in a pandemic, doesn’t mean you can’t get to work on time. If you’re going to be late opening, at least post a sign on the drive through speaker and be honest when someone calls and asks when you open.If we could give 0 stars we would. Owners, you need to look more closely at your management.

It's been a while since I've been to this location because of few bad experiences with the food as well as the service. But this afternoon, to my surprise the food was really good and the service was even better. The guy was amazing , I'm not sure if he's new or not but we had the best service with him today. Even though we had to wait inline, the guy was very friendly, apologized for the wait and most importantly our order was correct and the quality was great.

I ordered the flounder sandwich - worst thing I've ever eaten from a fast food restaurant. When I opened it it looked like a chicken sandwich because of all of the breading but that was all falling off. The actual fish looked thick and it was hard. The flavor was terrible I took one bite and had to throw it away

No point in ordering online ahead of time, lobby was closed so I had to sit in the drive thru line anyway almost being late for my lunch break just to say "I ordered online" when I got to the window. Not to mention all the bad reviews on this place already talking about them randomly closing early, but when I ordered online at 3:00 got there at 3:40 there was already a sign on the window saying they were closing at 4:00 so glad I ordered and got there in time or else that would have been a whole other issue. I want to assume the best that none of this is the employees faults but more of the management or corporate team for this location, but seeing how badly this place is rated someone needs to step up and try and fix this location. Hire more employees, better benefits, something. Because this location shouldn't even exist anymore with this type of review rating.

Food was not good at all. My order was wrong. Looks very dirty and it took a long time to get my food. This is not the first time it happens, I decided to try it again, but service was just as bad as the last time I went.

Placed a mobile order today. I had two items missing, two items they substituted for a cheaper item than what I paid for, and they gave me unsweetened tea when I asked for sweet tea. These idiots want $15hr? For what? It was a mobile order, so all you had to do is read what was written down. Ill stay away from this store!
