We ordered through DoorDash and the DoorDasher stole our food. So we had to come up to this store to get our food re made. The entire staff on 06/08/22 was absolutely amazing and made sure we got our food! They jumped right on it and was so sorry this happened even though it was not the stores fault whatsoever! For sure will come back and recommend this store!!!
So after waiting for an hour, I called them several times only to be put on hold for 30 mins and hung up several times. Finally someone picked up and told me my order will be canceled. I had ordered around 8, the order was finally canceled at around 10 pm. Never say never but I would rather pick up pizzas from the nearby Mod Pizza than order from this particular Papa Johns!
The best thing that could happen is all these corporate pizza chains go away. Kids want pizza... we have to order one of these big chains. Johns domino's whatever they are all trash. 25$ for a pizza is out of line. I can make one at home for less than 8 bucks. Oh then you have to add a delivery tip. After the company charges 5 bucks which they took all of that. Your shuned if you don't take care of your poor delivery driver. So basically to get diabetes you spent 45$ with ZERO customer service. NAH! ILL take a 5$ foot long and no soggy flour thanks.
Waited 2hrs for my delivery. Called twice and was told it was on the way. Get a message from a random number saying it was door dash and they were at the wrong house. Pizza is cold. No telling how long it was sitting at the store before it was even picked up. Only thing they did was refund my order which came incorrectly in the first place.
This complaint is in regards to speed of service as well as friendliness of team members.Today, I ordered via the Papa Johns App for an order to be delivered at a later time. I completed my order at 4:30 PM with a delivery time of 5:45PM. As the time got closer to my delivery time, I checked the app to see the status of my pizza and no update was available. At 5:47PM, I called the store’s number and used the automated service to find out the status of my pizza and received and update that my pizza was being prepared.At that time, I went back to the menu and selected the option for a manager so I could figure out when it would be ready. When I was able to speak to someone at the store, they stated the pizza was ready but could not be sent out, and would take an additional 20 min. The time was 5:50 PM and the additional 20 min meant the pizza would be almost 30 min late. I told the associate that due to that response, I’d be on the way to pick up the Pizza (I live less than a mile from the store) and I requested my order be free. On the way to the store, the same associate called back to tell me the pizza was set to be delivered at 5:45 and that I told her I wanted it at 4:45. I corrected the associate and again stated that based on how normal pizza stores operate, it did not add up that it would be an additional 30 min late when the pizza had been ordered over an hour and 15 min previously.As I neared the store, I received another call back, this time from the manager, stating that it was unreasonable to receive my money back and that the pizza delivery time I had requested was an estimated time and could be as much as an hour later, I assume according to policy. The manager carried on an attitude with me while on the phone, mistaking the information I had relayed to the associate twice. After going back and forth with the manager, I told them to cancel the order as the staff and management could not understand how to handle advance orders properly.The overall inability for this store to complete an order/delivery and their rude attitude towards a customer prove that this store needs to go through retraining on the overall order process as well as customer service. I invite the management as well as corporate to review the recorded calls between myself and the store so they can hear the exact information shared between myself and the employees.While writing this complaint, the store went ahead and delivered the order when I again requested to have the whole order canceled. I am still expecting my money back for this order as I picked up food for my family elsewhere.
Recommend you only order pickup. Their delivery people are inconsistent and even outside the dinner rush you'll wait over an hour.
Absolute disaster of a company. They moved their call center overseas then they don’t answer the phones. Now they can’t take orders. On hold for over 15 min so I’m giving up on them. Mod pizza is a much better option in the same parking lot. Won’t be ordering from them again since they don’t care to take care of nor keep customers. What a complete disappointment. This company has been failing miserably and I have tried to stay loyal. Well no longer.
I placed an order around 6:10pm. I asked them when will it be ready? They told me 15 to 20 minutes. I get there 25 minutes later and pizza was not ready. Young lady in front told me 12 more minutes. I said ok. After that I had to wait 35 minutes more to get the pizza. They already changed my credit card so I didn’t wanted give them hassle to cancel the order other wise I’ve would have canceled the order.
Should be a negative star review. Ordered online and estimated delivery time was 60-70 minutes. After 90 minutes went by, we called the store and it takes you straight to a message stating that they are closed. We decided to drive by to see if they were open and they were, just making no effort to make our order or communicate. I tried the online customer service chat and they told me to just try waiting longer. I will never order from this company ever again.
Last time we ordered the NY style which is new to this franchise. They failed on epic levels. Pizza was soggy and sour. Disgusting! Tossed it in the trash and sent a email to Corporate. Avoid!
