The “New York” style pizza was horrible. No taste and the crust was clearly not cooked. I was anxious to try this pizza because I am from NY. It was nothing like the real NY pizza. I was very disappointed
I thought I would try Papa Johns for the first time. I ordered for delivery online and the attendant was courteous and made sure everything was correct on my order. She told me it would be close to an hour. I appreciate her truthfulness. I told her that was fine. The driver had problems finding my address on his GPS. He called me and I gave him directions.The pizza arrived hot; not like any other pizza I’ve had delivered. It was delicious and it’s true what they say about their fresh dough not frozen.The second time I ordered a couple of days later was just as great. Delivered faster because it was a week day.
Ordered a loaded pizza for a total of $27. Pepperoni, Canadian bacon, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers and extra cheese. Sounds good huh! Well, we picked it up and it looked like the pic with insufficient toppings for what was requested and paid for. I'm normally a pizza hut guy but thought I would give PJ'S a try. One and done. Won't try it again and deleting the app.
This Papa John’s is horrible. I ordered a large cheese pizza online, and the eta was 36 minutes. When I went to pick it up, at exactly 40 minutes after I order it. It wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 30 minutes for a Cheese Pizza. Really.
I have honestly never had an issue with this store until tonight. So I called and spoke with Matthew, a manager. The man is awesome! It isn’t just because he upgraded my sandwiches and threw in a Pepsi on the house, but he didn’t see me calling as a complaint but as a way to improve their customer service! In the times that we are living in I really appreciate his dedication…
Ordered pizza, wings and garlic bread. Pizza was supposed to have chicken toppings which was present on only 3 slices. Other toppings were also missing. Wings were also dry and very little sauce was usedDisappointed completely. Will avoid this location of Papa John's.
Amazing service when doing carry out. Staff is exceptionally attentive and kind even when business is heavy. This store has a lot of business to deal with regularly but always takes the time to make sure my order is correct and delicious as always. I’m grateful for my papa johns at coit and 380 especially during hard times.

Staff was nice, but by all means, I absolutely do not reccomend the XL Shaq pizza. Website states that its supposed to have extra pepperoni, and extra cheese. They gave me a box with a squished and exploded garlic cup. And just look at that pepper! It looks like they dug something up from under neath the oven and through it in my box.This USED to be an outstanding location. Wondering what happend. I'll take my business to another pizza spot from now on.
