They could get more star rating, but the person at the register was not well prepared. Plus he was kind of deaf. We had to repeat ourselves a few times. He seemed unfocused.Now the food was fine, the pizza, salad, and soups were fine. the bread with the salad we took home and was great. The manager and person giving our food did great. Manager offered to pick our empty plates. Good energy and ambiance. The place was clean and organized!
So, I went through the drive thru and ordered a Caesar salad during my lunch break. Got back to work and went to eat and it had no dressing. I called the manager and let her know and she asked what she can do. I said I would take a refund unless there was a way to deliver as I cannot leave work again and NOT ONLY did she deliver it to my work (3-5 min away) she threw in some cookies. I’m super pregnant so this was so much better than a refund.
If you like hospital food, you'll love Panera bread but why I'm actually giving 1 star and this specific location is because the lack of common sense the manager has at this location. I ordered a iced almond milk coffee. They were sweet enough to use whip cream to top off my drink because they probably thought it looked pretty but I explained I didn't order almond milk to be trendy. I have a allergy to diary but the manager at this location proceeded to tell me how good dairy was for me and my hair? Like WHAT?
Staff is so helpful and friendly, makes it like home. Enjoying the drinks and food. Many special offers make it fun and a good value. You never know what offer is going to pop up when you log in on their check-in computer. Great location, you can pop in when you are at Gates of Prosper any time.
Just placed an order for pickup. Not only did the order take 30 minutes longer than they originally said but when we got home 3 of the crucial items were missing. So we essentially paid $14 each for two half-salads that consisted of mostly iceberg lettuce, as the second item from the Pick Two was left out of both orders. And no one is answering the phone. I generally enjoy Panera but would not recommend this location.
So driving on 380 heading home, I decided to get a single cinnamon roll from Panera to enjoy with my coffee, and the friendly drive thru cashier suggested the 4 pack. I was so glad she did because I was able to enjoy these delicious cinnamon rolls the next day with my family. I love Paneras cinnamon rolls because they're above average size and full of cinnamon and frosting.?
I brought my son to this Panera Bread and we met a worker in the back named Jake. He was extremely nice although he did not support among us and that made my son very sad. My experience would have been amazing if he was aware of how big of an impact among us is!❤️
Warning: this location is not open for in restaurant ordering or dining - only pickup and delivery - until 5pm. And oh ironic: when you use the app (instead of ordering in the Café in person or using the kiosks - both of them which are not available) you pay $1.00 more per salad. Which they just added to the in-app price so you don’t even know that you are paying $1.00 extra per meal - vs being able to order inside. Is this a scam ? Why is ordering in the app for pickup $1.00 more expensive than ordering the same using the kiosk in the café and why do you then disable that kiosk ordering option ? Not OK Panera. Disclosure: I’m a frequent and loyal Panera customer, enjoying the food, just ticked off that they are secretly adding $1.00 to any dish ordered on-line for pickup.
We just relocated from another state and Panera is always a great place to eat (healthy, fresh, nice selection). This location at The Gates of Prosper goes above and beyond! We’ve ordered from them multiple times over the past month (larger orders with specific order requests) and they haven’t messed up yet. After our first few orders they acknowledged us and would include a cookie or something small and personally hand wrote “Thank You!” What a nice and welcoming touch. Tonight’s order…I was contacted since an item we ordered was almost gone…they included what they had left of that soup and allowed us to choose another item no additional charge (also included a cookie and nice message)…love the above and beyond unique extra touches. We’ve been going to our Panera at our prior home and never had this type of exceptional service. Food is always nicely portioned and orders have been correct and if there is any questions the team reaches out and addresses immediately. We would highly recommend this Panera location!
Ordered online at 2:02. They don't tell you how long it'll be for your food before you order. My order says ready at 2:45. So it takes 45 minutes to make a turkey sandwich? Since the order was already paid for before they tell you how long it'll be I just waited. Show up at 2:45 and she hasn't even started my order! It's 2:45, not exactly prime lunch hours so it's not like they were super busy. I could have gone through the drive thru at 2 and been better off and not eating my lunch at 3pm. To top it off my order isn't even correct. I paid extra for extra turkey and didn't get it even after repeating my order to the girl making my sandwich... my $15 sandwich was not worth the hour wait and messed up order. Sadly this is the second time this has happened with my online order. Save yourself the frustration and just go through the drive thru and check your order!
