Hardly anything to complain about.Awesome people, great quality food, very many items to select from.Enjoyed the Margarita Pizza and the two vegetarian soups. Loved them.
Never in my life have I ever experienced such horrible customer service. I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes (couldn’t get out) to Keke at the register telling me to move my car up because my food had 1 minute left. I told her I can wait one minute, after she rudely raised her voice to move my car forward, I did. Within 2 minutes the store manager Haddy started screaming at the top of her lungs hanging half way out the drive thru window to move my car immediately and asked what was I doing. She proceed to come running out the front door demanding my car be moved immediately, stood in front of a parking spot, stomped her feet and screamed to park here until the food was ready. Needless to say I walked in, asked for a refund and will NEVER return to a Panera again. Corporate management needs to come to this location to speak to their staff on customer service. Short handed or not, you should NEVER scream at a customer. Absolutely disgusted with their service.
I got a sandwich and a large unsweetened tea. It was over 15 dollars. For that price I would've expected it to taste much better. I had the spicy take sandwich. It was supposed to be "bold" but was bland and dry to me. Disappointed.
This Panera ALWAYS screws something up. I’ve literally NEVER had a correct order through the drive through or delivery. The people are never helpful. Do not come here, and if you do check your bag before you leave and avoid delivery.
This is such a pleasant restaurant to go through the drive through…. From ordering to pick upAgain I had the pleasure of such a nice young lady at the window. Always a smile, and so cordial… I wished I had gotten your name .Sandwich was excellent as always!! The oatmeal raisin cookie was delicious and fresh!!!

I order frequently for pickup... 4 out of 5 orders have something missing. The people who bring my food out are always nice and courteous, but I rarely get the items I pay for. I can't be the only one experiencing this.
The hot sandwich was warm at one end and completely cold at the other which means food temperature safety was not being followed. An employee was LICKING his fingers while working behind the counter. This place is not safe to eat at.
Extremely disappointed in the takeout service at this location. They messed up our order. We purchased and paid for 4 salads but when we came home there were only two full size salads and the other two were small sized. I called them immediately and gave them my order number and even suggested sending pictures of what we got. The lady on the phone got my order number, name and phone number and said someone will give me a call. It has been almost 7 hours since then and no one has called to correct this problem. I called them again around 9pm, an hour before their closing time and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed!!!
Randomly closes and opens at different times. Inconsistent drive through options. 45 minute lead time for order a heads. Missing food from orders. The most unreliable Panera. We’ve gone several times when they say they are open online just to pull up to a sign that says they closed early.
