Love love love this Palio’s! Food is always consistently good, service was attentive, food delivery to the table was fast and there were plenty of plates, silverware, cups, napkins available for us to grab. Owner was so friendly and personable. He asked if the girls could have ice cream before offering and brought them whatever flavor they wanted! They asked if we could go back before we even left the parking lot! 10/10 experience and we’ll definitely be back!
Fantastic pizza, fantastic staff, fantastic owner! I’m a traveling salesman and often need to treat my clients and their staff to lunch. Isaiah and his staff have bent over backwards on multiple occasions, and on short notice to pull together some massive orders for me. The food quality is great and the presentation is brilliant. My customers are ALWAYS happy to see me walking through the door with a big stack of Palio’s pizza. Definitely my go-to stop for good pizza in Prosper.
With the new management in place, this will definitely be my new regular spot! My family and I went and had lunch today and the new owner came and introduced himself to us and talked with us for a bit. He is SO friendly and you can really tell he truly cares about not only his business, but also his customers. Having him come and chit chat with us really gave Palio’s that personal touch that’s hard to find nowadays! He also gave us all a scoop of ice cream that was so good! We definitely recommend the vanilla or cookies and cream. :) All of the staff was very friendly, quick, and responsive. Palio’s is in great hands with Isaiah in charge! He is absolutely awesome!! My family and I look forward to coming back for the great pizza, great ice cream, and great staff!
My wife and I went to Palio's Pizza Cafe over the weekend. The service and food were excellent! The new owner came to our table and introduced himself to us. Very friendly staff and laid back atmosphere, we will definitely be back and would recommend you give this place a try!!
Great food and atmosphere. Prompt service. Owner is super friendly and even gave my son a quarter for the candy machine, which made his day! Making this a regular spot for sure.
Fantastic! We do pizza every Friday night and we could definitely tell their dough was made fresh in house. Service was really fast and friendly and food was even better! Will definitely be coming back to try their other specialty pizzas.

Pizza and service were great tonight! New owner Isaiah is friendly, professional and has hired a great group of teenagers. All clean cut and energetic! The place is clean and pizza is fresh and hot! Honestly it’s the first place we’ve eaten at in the last 6 months that was not a hot mess from staff shortages. We ordered two gluten free pizzas which came out hot and crispy like we like it!! If you came to Prosper Palio’s in the past and wasn’t impressed…please go back. Isaiah has completely turned around this place! And if your kid needs a job…send them here! You can tell the kids like working there! You can tell he’s a great guy to work for! We will be back!
The food is great and the new owner, Isaiah is awesome as friendly as can be. Atmosphere is completely different than it used to be and college football on is a great way to spend some time on a Saturday.
