We used to be very happy with Mod Prosper pizza. Have ordered a lot in the lady 18 months. However, after tonight we will never order from them again. Crude customer service. Our pizza was missing it’s cheese. Our delivery was cold. She said the pizza was their fault but not the delivery. Yes? It’s your product that was sold to me. She said she couldn’t do anything about us getting cold pizza. I should call DoorDash. You can’t send out warm pizza to replace it? You can’t send out a correct pizza? You can have the cold pizza to take with you! I don’t want them. Nope. Too many pizza places to waste any more money on this one.
I really want to love it because it’s close to home. This location used to be on top of it but the past two times I’ve ordered have been a disaster. Today my Order that was placed online was not ready till an hour past the estimate. As I stood there and watched the staff they were all In slow motion. One of my pizzas was not fulfilled till 8:28 and the estimate was 7:39. I ordered 3. Two were done around 7:50 and the 3rd some how kept going missing. The previous time I visited they burned both the pizzas I ordered to the point I had to throw them out because they were not edible. I understand staffing is an issue but there is not method to the madness. It seems as if corporate needs to have someone come in and show the team how to flow properly. Being behind on orders is definitely understandable to an extent but continually missing pizzas on numerous orders is not. The staff was not concerned nor apologetic in any way shape or form.
I liked this place a lot for awhile but recently they keep burning the pizzas and getting my order wrong. One time I made an order online and when I went to pick it up they didn’t have it. So I waited 20 min for nothing and had to get food elsewhere. Then this evening I picked up an order I waited a long time for and asked to have them bring it to my car for pickup and they acted like they didn’t do that anymore. Then why do they have the signs and the spots to sit for pickup and allow orders over the phone? Anyhow, I got my pizza but it was scolded black on the bottom. See pic :(
First let me just say I absolutely LOVE this place. The ingredients are SO fresh and delicious. The pizzas are personal sized and come in eaither 6 inch or 11 inch. They have set price regardless of what toppings you get on them which I love;however, when I add the roasted garlic my wife loves it less than I do!The app is VARY user friendly and allows you to save your favorite pizza builds. Combined with there amazing speed you can order the pizza with a few clicks and within 17 min (depending on how busy they are) you can walk in and enjoy your pizza.The ONLY thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is accuracy. I stopped ordering through delivery services because last two times we eaither got shorted a pizza OR got the wrong one. Even yesterday when I went in to pick up 3 pizzas and cheese bread (and oh that bread is SO GOOD) they handed me my order and it was short a pizza. Then when they located the pizza it was the wrong one, but the correct one was done and they were boxing it up.The staff is always amazing and even when they where scrambling to find my correct stuff they were VARY apologetic.Final thoughts- ABSOLUTLY try this place! You will love it and if you have a toaster over its somehow BETTER the next day. You just might want to pick it up yourself vs having it delivered through a delivery site.
The staff are always really friendly! The pizza ingredients are really good! I love how you can choose your own ingredients or I have a menu to choose from. Their desserts are yummy! Even if you feel too full to eat the dessert, be sure to buy one so you can eat it later!
Great pizza. I have been trying to look for a pizza place for a whileI have always gone to Pizza Hut or Domino's I've tried them all and I'm sick of them all they've really gone downhill. I tried mod Pizza two days ago and I loved their very generous with all their toppings and me top everything under the pizza while you standing there watching you get to choose what you want on your pizza. Five stars loved it!!!
This is the best salad I've had in my life! I started with an Italian Salad and I skipped the olives got extra cheese and asked for the baked broccoli. And my God is it amazing and so so fresh!
Sadly this place is falling apart. Exactly people working and they were forgetting to place a name to the pizza. It seeks as of the young staff is content providing lack luster service. Its also a matter of listening. Wrong ingredients were put on our order and when we asked for a side of ranch, a worker started pouring it on top of the pizza. They are no longer providing plates to eat on. Just cardboard Togo boxes. The pizzas themselves were delicious, hence the stars given.
Great food and people! But do not order from the app! I will change my review after I have received my order. But the app let me order my food and now I can’t get it because now they don’t open till 5. Please update your mobile app. I paid for two pizzas and now I can only hope I can get them at 5
Went on Christmas Eve an hour before closing. Won't be doing that again. I feel bad for the employees, doing the best they could with a terrible situation. Order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 530, but it wasn't ready until 6. At one point there were 13 people waiting to pick up their orders. Pizza ended up being rushed/overcooked.MOD makes decent pizza at a decent price, but management at this location was not prepared for Christmas Eve.
