Went tonight. Nobody in the lobby and drive thru was minimal. Went inside and were completely ignored. Waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The manager saw us but completely ignored us. Never going back here.
The food is fast and usually fresh. Curbside pickup is really nice!!
Been to this location 2 times and both times took forever for my order. In addition to how long it took, I did not even get my correct order which has prompted this review. I think I will find another location moving forward.
I ordered from doordash and had to get a refund! The quarter pounder i orderd wasnt even cooked!
Tips for management and tips for customers below.Tips for customers: "ITS IN THE BAG" - Dont believe the staff when they tell you that your side items such as sauces, straws or napkins are "in the bag". They lie. They tell you that not even knowing if it's "in the bag" or not. Their intention is to just get you out of the line & get to the next person.If all you need is a side of pickles, a straw or something simple then they ask you to pull up and wait while you're in the drive through, tell them that you don't want to pull up. It's not going to take them long to bring it to you at the drive through window... But once you're out of the line, it WILL take them a lot longer to bring it to you if you pull up to the front like they asked.?? Even though the food is inexpensive, you're a paying customer and deserve quality service.If we don't all hold these places to a certain standard, they will get worse.Tip to management: train the staff to get the side items "in the bag" and complete the order without requesting them to drive forward and someone will come outside. It's a side item dude, it's a straw, it's a side of pickles, it's just a side of BBq sauce.... Not an entire meal. You'll save everyone time (even your staff) Doing this will teach your team how to stay organized and you'll build your team to be more productive in the end.
McDonald’s at Prosper!!! Count your days!! I went to visit the McDonald’s at Windsong Ranch this afternoon and it was the worst service ever! I’ve never had a problem before but best believe I’m never going back. The lady at the window had the worst attitude ever and was very impatient and very aggressive when she handed me my food. Not only did she shove many bags of food in my hand, but she proceeded to yell at me to take my drink and yelled “thank you” and slammed the drive-thru window. The food was cold, soggy, and not fresh. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Y’all have angered the wrong customer…actually, you’ve angered the right one. Have a blessed Sunday.
Service could be better even if drive thru is busy. Plain soda isn't ready but the food is when you get to the window, doesn't make sense but ok. Then when you get the drink, it's only 3/4 full and no straw is given. Loses the point of going drivethru if you have to go back in for a straw or fill up of the cup
Yuck ? I had to wake up just now to alert the public as to how sad the Big Mac and large fry order was this afternoon. OMG! Never have I ever eaten a Big Mac with hard crusty day-old bread, stale lettuce, wilted pickle and....NO SPECIAL SAUCE! This was the worst road snack experience in a decade because it's been that long since I ate a Big Mac. I saw a clip on Good Morning Texas today about a 80yr old beautiful, lively woman name Queen celebrating her birthday at McDonalds and ate a Big Mac for the first time in her entire life. I thought, dang that burger looked good, think I'll eat one too. Well, my visit sure turned out totally different. I was so hungry that I ate it anyway while stuck in traffic on 380 remembering all I ate earlier was a fruit smoothie, so I was desperate. Try not to laugh at the photos. Check out those soggy, greasy fries..Yuck? so much for McDonalds. I'm done, I'll wait another decade :(
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but was given a plain biscuit. They need better drive thru employees. Waited in the long drive thru line just to have my order messed up.
EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not once has my order ever been right at this McDonalds. It's always something. Example: see attachment for moldy bun. ???
