ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE AND CHECK FINAL RECEIPT IN EMAIL. I placed an order and was told it would take 45 minutes I received the order two hours later/food was cold. the delivery driver did not ring the doorbell and left it on the ground- we didn’t request contactless delivery. I did not get or sign a receipt and I received an email that they added their own tip without my authorization. I Called the store and whoever I spoke with agreed that that was wrong but they need to confirm with the driver that they added their own tip, what kind of response is that?! I have video footage that the driver NEVER knocked, simply dropped off the food and left. Was told I can’t receive a refund because the food was delivered- never going here again!
Good pizza, wish they had delivery in my area. Only drawback for us is having to pick up and not having a super convenient system in place to know when the pizza is ready.
First time visiting this location. Overall great service. Pizza tasted delicious specially the crust and cheese. Will order again soon.
Never ever go here for pizzas. I first time visited the store for curbside order. Was exited for trying a new pizza store. Downloaded the app it showed a 25% discount for first order with app when I tried it - it did not work saying it’s a web order. So first things first get your apps for customer experience right or stop the app. Take orders on call. I decided to let go for coupon and still have a chance and went for curbside pickup. After 30 mins wait and the app showing order as ready I thought I need to inform that I am here. When I called the store they said “Hey we messed your order, we are making it again”. After 45 mins I got the order and headed back home with hungry kids. When we opened the pizza it was missing crust I had mentioned in the order , missing the dips I ordered and was not well done as per order. When I called to inform this I was told I am from other part of the world and need to respect the food and eat it as I got ??? I do respect the food but what about the money I paid for it ? I was told next time when you order curbside make sure to pickup from inside and check the pizza on your own. Well I said I won’t come again and I was told we don’t care if you come or not.If you can bear all of this and still experience for yourself , your choice ! Never again. I don’t want to waste further time dealing with any feedback at any forums so pls take this review as feedback.
This place has terrible service. It was my first time ordering pizza from Marco's and my expected wait was about an hour. I didn't have an issue with that since it's a Friday and to be expected.I waited until about 15 minutes after the expected deliver time before calling to make sure my order was still coming. They said that the delivery driver was close and it should be there in the next 5 minutes.Another 20 minutes went by and still no order. I called again and this time they told me that my order had been delivered to a neighbor's house and I was offered the option to go on a scavenger hunt to find my food. What am I paying a delivery fee for if my food is never delivered to me and I'm expected to go get it myself?After the employee put me on hold for a couple minutes, they then told me that they could remake my order and that it would be another 20 minutes or so. I figured, what the heck, why not? I told them that I would appreciate it if they could just remake the order and deliver it to me.After waiting another 1 1/2 hours, the second pizza never showed up either, so I had to call to get a refund.I will not be trying to buy pizza from Marco's again. They lost my business before they even had it.
Decided to drive to Prosper for pizza since the new pizza place in Celina is awful. Was not disappointed!!! Great crust, tasty sauces and don’t get me started on the cheese! Holy cow is it good!!! Real, gooey, melty cheese. Will be happy to make the drive to Prosper once a week for my pizza night! Love it. Oooo and try the cinnamon squares things. So soft, sweet and fluffy.
This location(Coit Road), clearly has production and management issues. Pizza order never on time, no front desk attendant on several occasions. Difficult to get through on telephone to place order.No longer a patron! Suggest going to competitors for takeout pizza!
Weird reason minus a star. I had to recut both my pies. My pizza cutter broke so I have to use a knife which did not make things easier. Also ordered some cheesy bread and also was not cut properly. Pizza overall tasted good but wish it had a bit more cheese.Looked like they skimped out on putting normal amount of cheese
For our son’s 9 year birthday party, we ordered two large cheese pizzas. These arrived burned. The easiest order and they blew it.
I came a couple months ago and was unimpressed, but tonight I came in less than an hour before close, was treated very well, and couldn't be happier with the speed and quality of the service. Big upgrade!
