Kung Fu is not my favorite boba but it usually works in a pinch but the absolutely horrible customer service at this particular location was just saddening….not only were we not greeted by a single one of the three staff members working, none of them bothered to ask if/when we were ready to order and then were very curt and rude to my sister as she tried to order and then just assumed I wasnt ordering anything…..needless to say I or my sister wont be visiting this location again and I highly advise finding a better, non chain boba place.
I honestly typically love Kung Fu tea and don’t mind the overpriced drinks but when I go to a boba tea place and there is no boba and then I have to choose a replacement… I’m not a fan. It’s unfortunate because I really love this place but the boba mishap made me realize how expensive the boba tea is.The staff is super friendly!
Went here with my family of 4. We all ordered different drinks and they were all delicious! The boba was awesome- perfectly cooked and a little smaller size. The location was clean and well designed. I’ll definitely be back!
I’ve been here about 4 times and each time, service has always been an issue. Taste is great! I always get strawberry milk slush and passion fruit slush (both great). The first time I tried this location was around grand opening and wait time was an issue, but I get it and was patient. The next 3 times, wait time was still an issue. I choose to order ahead on the app to avoid wait times, but it is without fail, that my order comes after the time it’s supposed to be ready by. Typically, the app will say the order will be ready in 10 mins, but my order is always ready after the 10 min mark. Today, my order was supposed to be ready by 2:40, but I watched other orders who ordered after me receive their order first. 7 mins later, and watching one of the employees scoop out my drink to put back into the blender to blend it again, I’ve decided to see this as a sign to not return.There are so many times you can apologize, but if wait time is a consistent issue, please fix this.
Amazing Taro milk tea w extra boba and less sugar. Made to order using the app. The staff is always smiling and will help you figure out which drink is best for you. ? awesome!
i love kft and always order from this location, but unfortunately i have to leave a bad review due to their inconsistency recently (mostly to let the store owners know). i had no problem in the past ordering drinks in-store and on food delivery apps, but recently my drinks have constantly been delivered with the cup not even fully filled up. i'm aware a lot of boba shops leave a gap if you order no ice, but i order regular ice every time, so i'm a bit confused on why i am not getting the same amount when i'm paying the same price. maybe there is a training issue? again, love this location so much but it's a bit disappointing to see this happen all of a sudden when i've never had an issue in the past - especially since i am a loyal customer!

$6 for this??? I ordered a medium pineapple slush, and all I can taste is the giant ice chunks in it. Nothing is blended up, not even the pineapple. This was supposed to be a medium for six dollars. It’s not like I had a big order either, this was my only drink. If I wasn’t so busy I’d go back in and demand a refund :(
So this Kung fu tea is located in prosper and BOY DID I PROSPER!!! The tea was so delicious and the best part was the amazing service by all the staff members. I asked to customize my rose hip milk tea with lactaid (lactose free milk) since I’m lactose intolerant and the normal recipe calls for milk powder. They did a phenomenal job to make mine and said they would be happy to do it again. All the staff was super inviting and courteous and we definitely want to come back next time we’re in the area. Thanks guys!
