Ordered #16 and #17. Everything thing would of been fine if I got my receipt on time. It took 20 minutes for them to print out my receipt. By the time I came home sandwiches were cold. Food and Service is always good. Just this time I didn’t enjoy my food.
I have never had a bad sandwich, no matter if I am in the mood for a hot or cold sub. The staff is friendly and prompt. This location can get busy, so we usually order ahead. They have a great reward program too, if you are a frequent flyer you can get plenty of freebies!
Always the best experience here! Everyone is so kind, attentive, and engage in conversation that is genuine and pure. They could just make your sandwich and send you on your way, but they ask how you are, your plans for the day and make you feel as though you are chatting with a friend. It’s a rarity to find that kind of service these days. I work in retail management and I always tell my team, you never know what someone is going through. Being kind and showing you care can have a profound impact on someone and you may not even realize it. Well done to this team!
