Got home and had ordered two tacos but they were cold. Went to open the package and found a bite already taken out of the taco. Explains why they were cold. If someone returns food JB please throw it away and not send out to another customer.
I specifically ordered Spicy Chicken Combo and was disappointed to discover my order wasn't correct. First, I do not eat pork or pork products. The order I received was Bacon Cheese burger Combo #disgusting plus its too late to drive back so my trash can will receive it happily.
Went in here on Monday night, ordered a Ranch chicken sandwich with fries and a order of churros. The sandwich didn’t had any ranch on it just a ridiculous amount of mayonnaise the fries and the churros were made in burnt oil you could see the burnt debris from the fryer in the products. I should get my money back but I don’t even want to waste my time returning to this restaurant. Clean your fryers 75% of your menu is fried so the manager should know better than to prepare food in burnt oil.
I did several uber eats orders from this jack in the crack. The service was great and the orders were prepared fast and accurate. Keep up the good work peeps! It is appreciated

Pretty hit or miss for food. But I still always go back! I love vanilla Dr pepper!!
I just left this place and the drive thru worker she is very rude. First I had to repeat my order 4 times and then she gets a attitude about it. She said Well what do you want then??? As if I'm bothering her. If she would have listened the first 2 times I told her maybe I would have had a better understanding but no she rude point blank period. If anything I advise you to go on the inside because face to face is better and no speaker involved so you won't have any misunderstanding about your order.
Check your order every time before driving away from the window or walking out if you are picking up. They have a lot of trouble making sure that all the items are in the bag. I got it right about 70% of the time.
We ordered a BURGER with CURLY FRIES and they gave us a burger with no bun and regular fries. Get it together Jack in the box. That is pathetic customer service and we wasted our money and time with this company. I would recommend anyone looking to go to this location, please don't. Go to the next one you see.
The staff here are so professional and friendly. Never had a bad experience, they handle everything quickly and do a great job! They handle mobile orders so well too, never have to wait to get my food. Raises and promotions are in order for the staff here!
