It was my first time here and I got the lunch enchilada special and it was delicious! It comes with a drink as well and you can choose your own sides too!?
no quesadillas due to “short on cheese”. but yet there was a girl employee sitting at front with chin in hand, doing nothing. (Pic didn’t capture this) keep in mind this location is right next to Kroger. why wouldn’t manager send her to get cheese rather than take quesadillas off the menu for the day? looks like bad management to me.
I LOVE the Nachos! But they are ALWAYS cold. Every single time. Not even that they get cold fast. They are served cold. I’ve been to 3-4 different locations on multiple occasions and cold every time. I gave it so many chances because the flavor is amazing! But until this problem (that can very easily be fixed by keeping ingredients warm and stirring the pot of queso very well..) is fixed I will not be returning to Fuzzys.
Wow... came here for drinks and a dinner and it was apparent we were not wanted. Excited about having a Saturday night margarita and very disappointing.. what happened to salt and lime. If you don't enjoy serving patrons, don't open. It was 7: 50 on a Saturday night.
I stopped in on my way home from work to get some takeout. After waiting an hour I politely asked if my takeout was almost ready. They went back to the kitchen and returned saying they ran out of queso and would not be able to make my order. I asked if I ordered something else if they could put it to the front of the line. They said you'll have to wait. The manager acted like a snotty kid, accepting no blame. Basically said tough luck. Sad customer service.
Excellent fried avocado taco. Good question, as usual. Ordered extra sauce on my enchiladas and black beans. Didn't get extra sauce and received refried beans. Was torn between 3 and four stars because of the errors. Otherwise, they would have received 5 stars for fast food mexican.
Picked up an order to go. Got the been and cheese nachos, veggie tacos, the fried fish taco, brisket taco, and chips and queso. We like to go there because it is reasonably priced for date night. Tonight was not very good. The fish taco I got was fishy so I only ate one bite because of it and threw the rest in the trash, it just wasn't good. They didn't give us the chips part of my chips and queso. So I had no chips to use with my queso. I called and talked with the manager. They said I could come and get them, which is not something I wanted to do this evening, so I told them I could come and pick up chips and queso tomorrow. They said they couldn't do that, but they did say they would refund that portion. Which was ok, but it never really provides any immediate satisfaction because it doesn't help us with our dinner this evening. So while not terrible today, it has in the past been much better. I won't be ordering the fried fish taco again.
We usually go to this Fuzzy's even though it's more of a drive. The one closest to us, for whatever reason, never has tempura shrimp.Tried to go in to order at 8:15, the website and Google show they're open until 9:00 but the doors were already lock. No special signage to indicate an early closure or COVID exposure. I can only assume lazy employees and management. Also bring back the old Tempura fish tacos, your mascot is a fish for crying out loud, why would you change to Mahi Mahi. (Corporate Complaint, but still it was a dumb change)
great place for TACOS , ENCHILADAS ETC
Good food quickly. Will visit again.
