So I received a sausage pizza with cheese and sausage on some slices. Come Domino’s. Stop cutting corners and give people what they pay for.
Tried to order online but the online ordering was not available. Then called to place the carry out order and told them I had a coupon for a free pizza. They said you have to order online so I explained that the online ordering wasn’t work and the guy I was talking to said yeah we turned it off last night because we got busy…he then told me that I would have to use it another time which it was expiring soon. I said I didn’t want to use it another time…..he then told hold while he talked to his manager about using the coupon. He came back on the phone to take my order but was very rude. When I picked up the order they were rude to me and didn’t give me a receipt so im not even sure if I got the free pizza. Not great service to say the least.
This was one pizza and half had no sauce/cheese. Yes, it’s cold and rainy tonight 2-2-22 but this pizza is trash. The better looking slices tasted like junk. So much for leftovers. Never again. They have been going downhill for a while.
This place really is absolutely garbage. Last three orders we have placed it’s taken over 1 1/2 hours to get our pizza, and they continually lie about where it is. Placed order tonight and it’s still not here and no one can even be bothered to answer a phone and tell us anything. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Horrible service. Three times we have waited over an hour, only to learn they never even made the pizza or delivered it to the wrong place. They then leave you on hold for 10 minutes trying to come up with a cover story. Done with Domino’s.
We ordered carry out and everything was ready on time and excellent. For those who complain about delivery - go pick it up. We moved from Michigan (where Domino’s is headquartered) and everyone knew to pick up/carry out rather than use delivery. This location is clean, bright, and knows how to prepare Domino’s pizza.
We placed an app order for two medium pizzas. It went to Cross Roads location. The order was $25. They called and said we were outside their delivery area but would transfer to this Prosper location. They called for our credit card and the order became $36. Said we couldn’t use the coupons we used. Okay. Order shows up and it’s wrong. One was supposed to be spinach/feta specialty pizza. It had red sauce instead of white. Not a good combination. The Meatzza specialty pizza ordered was actually a supreme pizza we believe. Very disappointed in this location. We have been long time dominos customers.
We got delivery for lunch and got a surprise free med pizza! Thank Domino's.
I had ordered from this Dominos consistently but stopped about 18 months ago due to safety issues with a delivery driver that wasn't addressed by management. I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering from this location with that history.
Great customer service! Our order is always correct! Witnessed training for a new employee yesterday, the trainer was very friendly and thorough! He also made sure the customers were greeted and told us someone would be right there to get our orders! Great team working together!!
