Placed an online order for take-out. Walked in and the two men at the counter welcomed me and that was the extent of pleasantries. They did not offer to take my order or ask if I needed help.I stood there for a solid two minutes waiting for recognition while looking for a place where I might pick up my order as some places have specific stations for that. The cashier was on the other end of the counter just standing watching me the entire time. Finally, I walked over to the cashier and told her I had an order to pick up and the entire transaction went down without a single word or a smile.Got home and I was missing a couple items and I'm really sorry I tipped the staff when the order was placed.I was already reluctant to return to Dickey's as prices are skyrocketing (everywhere and not just Dickey's, to be truthful) but the lack of service is very disappointing but seems to be the trend in customer service these days.
Service was great! Food was delicious! The staff was super friendly Phillip made sure we had everything we needed and had a great personality! Very quick to get our food and the cleanliness of the place was great also! Will be going back very soon!
This place is amazing they made me a custom salad with brisket, onion Tanglers, barbecue sauce it was off the chain. Whitney and PJ have excellent customer service skills.
I was the only customer in the entire store, and I walked up to the counter and the girl just stared at me. I asked was she ready and she said yea, so I told her I wanted a slider with mac and cheese. She said they don’t have any mac and cheese left. I looked over at the sides and they had 2 sides out that I could see. This was at 7:30 on a Saturday so not super late. I just said okay never mind and left. So awkward… the two working clearly did not want to be there or take any orders.
If we could give zero stars we would. Placed an order tonight that was delivered to my wife and kids. Half of their order was missing and the portions they did receive were tiny. The quality was horrible! Meat was extremely dry and rolls were hard. We didn’t receive any sides, which was also extremely frustrating. Money down the drain.

I go to this location not only for the delicious Dickey's flavorful food, but for the guest services! Bradley is great. Always so welcoming and cheerful when I come through. Bradley really makes me feel like I'm having a good meal around what feels like family when I dine in here.
Great customer service, quickly served and great energy from the young men, PJ and Chance. They showed great chemistry and worked together as a team. Highly recommend their Brisket Mac Stack like PJ said.
We had smoked sausage sandwiches with sides. Great service and atmosphere.
It was so bad I'm not sure where to start.1) The fryer was shut off because the workers didn't want to clean it, so no fried okra.2) We dicided on beans and macaroni and cheese which were heated in a microwave oven next to the fryer that was turned off.3) My son ordered a half rack of ribs and a chopped barbeque sandwich. They charged him for sides on top of all that.4) We had a coupon for all Dickeys in Plano, Allen, Frisco and McKinney. This location refuses to honor any coupons because "it's a franchise and we don't have to honor corporate coupons."5) The meat was not warm at all. The ribs, turkey and sliced brisket were all less than luke warm. We didn't see any heating lamps so it's no surprise.6) The soft serve ice cream machine was not turned on. We assume also because the workers didn't want to clean it.7) They sliced brisket I ordered was so dry, even with extra barbeque sauce it was still super dry. I wound up throwing the brisket away.8) We tried to speak with the people who work there about being overcharged. They didnt care at all. They made a feeble attempt to justify why they charged us SO much! Wow!It was clear they were looking for ways to charge us as much as possible and keep the restaurant half running so they didnt have to clean anything. We could've eaten at a high end steak or sushi restaurant for what they over charged us. Now I understand why no one is ever at this location.
