This location sits on a hill in Prosper Texas making a nice sunset spotting location. Best seats are at the bar high tops by the front window.Halley has a great personality and took great care of us. Ask for her for service with a smile.I had the Ancho salmon but I swapped out the rice for black beans. It was tender and tasty. It's listed as chili rubbed which added flavor but I didn't find it hot spicy. My date had the chicken Cajun pasta. She reports it was good and would have it again. It was a big portion, we could have shared. So, overall good. It meets the standard of a major chain. The difference here was the people. It was busy but the people were awesome from greeting to exit.

This is the worst margarita I’ve ever had. Ryan fixed it. Ryan pretty much saved the Chili’s experience. Santa Fe salad and Bean Burger. Great meal.

I don't frequent Chili's, but I can safely say that my only experience at this location turned out to be dreadful. Let me start by saying that our server was nice, and I have absolutely zero complaints about the service. However, my son and I both got food poisoning that evening from this location; we woke up at 2:30 am at the same time, puking until about 6 am. Safe to say that either the food was bad or it was dirty here or both. I can't say I'll be returning to this location for fear of another bout of getting violently ill.

Lara was AMAZING! great service and very friendly.Quick food service and good food.

Love that this location is close to the house and the kids always eat well. However, since Thanksgiving, we have tried 3 times to eat here and we’ve been told there was a 35-45 minute wait, despite half the restaurant being empty. It’s been months and there is still not enough staff to accommodate normal business. I understand this is a unique time for everyone, but there are ways to adapt and still keep customers. Until they are back to normal staff, we won’t be coming back.

I stopped here about 1:30, went into the bar area and seated myself at a high top table. Ordered a beer to sip on while I decided what to eat. Finally settled on a bowl of chili, appropriately enough. At the end of the meal, I discovered that my server Jada had been a customer of mine a few months ago at the restaurant where I work.

Worst Chili’s for TO HO orders. Horrible service and they never have anything under control. I’ve given this Chili’s many opportunities to fix the problems and keep coming back but this is ridiculous. Every single time there is always an issue AKWAYS!!! If that’s not bad enough the servers act like they can’t be bothered with you. They are rude and unfriendly. It’s by far the worst chili’s in this area.

Lunch specials are great here averaging from $9-$11 dollars some are 2 options some are 3. From salads and soups to Maine course with a drink! Very reasonable prices for a dine in atmosphere. Very clean space, friendly service, manager came and checked on which was a nice gesture. I tried the chiii bowl which was the best I had, along with a draft beer, and for my main course I had the Cajun chicken pasta, it was good but I felt the chicken could’ve had more flavor, maybe if it was grilled.

Went here with my family on my birthday. It’s also Veterans Day so we went thinking it would be pretty busy. It was decent. But 35 minute wait. Watched several tables sit empty just waiting to be cleaned for 10+ minutes. Finally sat down right at about 30 minutes. That was fine. Sat down. Ordered an app, beer and margarita. That was fine. Ordered food… waited for 20 min. Waitress said it should be right up. People around us that sat after us began getting their food. 30 minutes. 3 kids 8 and under. No food. 40 minutes. No food. Now people that sat after us were already clearing plates. Finally found someone, since it had been a minute since our waitress had come, that we no longer wanted our food and that we would just pick up Chick Fil A. A few minutes later, our food comes. No thank you. Manager comps the chips. We pay the rest and walk out. Two hours wasted on my birthday and we got some free chips and dip. We switch up between Texas Roadhouse and Chili’s, but I can tell you that decision won’t have to be made in the future. Just sad, sad customer service. Still have Tracy 20% as it wasn’t her fault that everything else sucked.

Always a great family experience. This Chili location is a good one and always busy. Use the app to get your spot in line beforehand.
