I would’ve loved to dine in But as a restaurant that serves breakfast you don’t even open your dining room till 8 AM. And it is just this particular Chick-fil-A.I ate at another one the other morning that opens at six or seven. So the management at this particular location must be lazy, I suggest if you put your restaurant in a high population area that you accommodate the people’s needs, thank you.
Speechless. Yet I will try my best to communicate just how impressed I am time and time again with this establishment. Every time I visit I’m never disappointed, never let down, never surprised and never leave unhappy. I just don’t understand why other fast food establishments haven’t caught on to the success here at Chick-fil-a. 5 star restaurants don’t even come close to treating me this good. There’s simply a genuine, sincere kindness that radiates from this place that you know is real. Not fabricated. I believe the reason behind the success is management and the employees who work here. It starts at the top. If you as a leader believe in your business, those around you will follow suit. But I digress…. As for my dinner, outstanding. I ordered a catering meal a day in advance. I arrive early and sure enough they already had it ready. As a last minute addition I decided to add a few more items. In the midst of the busyness they still prioritized my requests and had me back on the road within minutes, all while accomplishing the same goal for others around me. I arrive home with my meal to feed my guests to which we have an amazing, delicious dinner. At the end of the night as I am wrapping up and throwing trash away I find tucked away in one of the bags a letter. A letter? I open it up and find a hand written thank you note. Writing hand written thank you notes in a world where everything can be communicated in 160 characters or less via text message is becoming a lost art. There’s absolutely no reason why somebody who works at a fast food restaurant would write a customer a thank you letter, unless of course you are just simply one of a kind who genuinely cares. This is my conclusion, at the end of the day, no matter what, they just want you to be happy and remind you that it’s not necessarily Chick-fil-a who brings value to the world. They see the world as more valuable than them.
This place is delicious. I would go here every day if I could. Me and my family are big fans of chick fil a. If it were up to me, I would have this place in every town in the United States of America.
awesome customer service! they accidentally gave us two vanilla milkshakes instead of peach and quickly fixed it providing us with the proper thing! were so understanding and happy the whole time! would go again!
The manager Bradley calmly walked a training employee through a salad order then turned around and helped other employees. Karla was sweetly assisting the training employee as well. I don't mind the long lines in Chick-fil-A's because service is always top notch.
This location is the worst. I will avoid it in the future. Warm ranch dressing packets. Sweet tea instead of iced tea. Fruit cup from last week. A receipt with illegible phone number to complain to.... had to go to corporate. Avoid.
Always fast and cheerful. However they always forget the chocolate milk every time I order it. I can't blame them, they have 15 orders on the counter and their drive thru line backs up into the lot of the other store. I would recommend this place when it's not busy.
Chick-fil-A is a great place to eat Monday to Saturday, don't forget that they're closed Sunday.
Every time we come here, I pay for medium fries and get small. Ask for extra pickles and never get it. Working at Chic fil a is not rocket science.... Terrible customer service and the food is not worth the price. Never again.
They did great! We did out big family order and they were on it! Sometimes places get snippy when we order so much, but they just got to work. Whole team was great. Manager told me about catering for our next meal as it's better for big orders. She was super helpful.
