Still need to give good service to the person behind the bratty customer. Longer wait. Tried to hand me food that went into someone else’s car. I had to drive around like I was the problem. V minor but straw meet camels back. No straw or sauce. I did not start it.
Great friendly staff with one particular lady with incredible radio voice who works the drive thru.But definitely had some mistakes in orders recently. I sit here lacking my grilled nuggets (the horror!), no cheese turned into double cheese.... so my apologies for the yellow balls of America scattered over the country roads of Prosper.Ill be back but checking my orders.
I ordered through the mobile app twice at this location and both times they gave me the wrong order. So this time I made sure to checked the food before I leave and not only wrong order again, but also no sauce even though I already wrote down on the order, so I told them. The guys were extremely nice but the girl was rude. She told me to pull up half way to wait for my sandwich which I did, but then cars were just kept pulling up behind me so I pulled up a little bit further than that (10 walking steps). After waiting 15 mins I decided to walked back to the drive thru window and asked her for my order, then she said:” You were SUPPOSED to park there…” Bad experience!
At a no very busy time there's a lot of spilled food on the floor, dirty tables and a kids área with trash on the floor.Very dirty high chairs too.Customer Service is good. But they can improve a lot on how can this place is.On the other hand the drive through is very good and fast.
Was disappointed in this chick fil a, I have never been to a chick FIL a that was not. Great experience until now. The order line was chaos no one seemed in charge. The teenagers that were managing it were taking among themselves and I firing customers. I placed my order a d the tried to pay but the young lady informed me that her credit card machine didn't work all day and I should drive forward. Whdi I did and I sat there until someone came over and finally took me card. The food was cold and they forgot my mayo. I guess I was expecting to much.
This place is delicious. My family goes there at least once a week. I have friends siblings from church that work their. It always has a friendly work environment. When I am in high school, I will work their. I would recommend you to work their if I were you. If you want to make friends, work at Chick FIL A. I will always cherish the moments I spend their.
I stop in at this Chick-fil-A all of the time via the drive-thru, but today decided to stop in to eat inside since I had some time to kill.Chick-fil-A for the most part has a pretty consistent look across the stores. I have found that each location has a slightly different spin on some of the small tweaks. Red accent color, rustic woods. This location was very much in line with the others. The bathroom was well laid out, had red Penny tiles behind the mirrors, small silver metallic tiles as backsplash in the order area. Tall wainscoting with a darker wood stain.The customer service here is always top notch. Very friendly staff who go out of the way to be accommodating.I ordered chicken nuggets and the waffle fries, delicious as always.Restaurant was clean and well maintained. I did notice a motion activated trash receptacle that didn't really work all that great.There are several things that Chick-fil-A does well which is customer service and good food.I certainly might not agree with the owners political views and philanthropy dollar recipients, I know there are a lot of people who refuse to go to Chick-fil-A for those reasons, I try to see the broader picture in this instance. Besides, it's great chicken.
We love this Chick-fil-A! Perfect indoor playground for the kids, food is great, employees are always so kind, and the manager is very nice. We come her once a week!
Our family's favorite drive thru spot when we need a meal on the go! Food is always nice and warm and the friendliness of the employees is unbeatable. :)
I am so saddened with the experience I had these morning getting to these location. I went to get some fries for my child and the cashier ring me up the order so I waited for my order . Immediately I was hand over a cold fries and when I requested for a chick fill a source she told talking to her co worker ignoring me telling to wait why she keep me waiting these wasn’t the first time I really don’t know why the attitude always with black forks with these location at prosper gate the management should please look into these behaviors of there staffs
