Worst customer service, employees dont know how to speak with customers. They said they dont have employees to open the dine in which can be very easy to tell but I think that screaming behaviour of that lady who might be the manager lost all of the employees working on that location. I wish I can give them stars in negative. Dont go on that location if you are not dying of starvation.

I would give this store negative stars if I could. I am an Uber Eats driver. Had an order pickup at this location this morning a little after 8am. Try to go inside to pick up (as directions say) and the doors are locked. So, I then pull around to the drive thru and try to talk to someone on the speaker. No response. Someone was there as there were cars parked outside. 2 other cars had gone thru the drive thru with no response to take orders. This is ridiculous. I reported the store closed as nobody would help me. Uber support even called the store and got no response. It's not customers fault that you are short staffed. Not enough staff? CLOSE.
Can't order due to noone wearing drive-thru headset. If more than 3 cars they don't take orders because they're overwhelmed.I swing by on my way to work Sun-Thur nights. Over the past 5 weeks I have been able to order food twice. If you try to go there after 7pm you'll be lucky to buy anything.
This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. There has been several times employees were inside during business hrs (4-7 pm on a weekday)but they didn’t answer the drive thru. The few times I was able to place an order the employees were rude, food is typically cold even when I ask them to make my food fresh, they are always out of something or the register doesnt work so you have to pay with cash. A yr ago I stopped going here due to having such negative experiences but I decided to go again hoping they would have new employees and new management but nope it’s still the same. I went thru the drive thru during business hrs, lights were on, but no one took my order. I drove around to the front, saw employees inside laughing as they stared at me driving past slowly. I understand if they are closed or out of burgers but at least tell cx’s when they come to the drive thru or place a sign with correct hrs as well as update google hrs of operation so ppl aren’t sitting and waiting 5-10 mins waiting for someone to take an order.
The last four times we’ve gone through the drive thru for dinner no one ever took our order. All four times were during business hours and all four times there were employees inside staring out the window at us as we passed by the front to leave. Please note, I’ve never had an issue during breakfast hours. The mornings are always quick. But go anytime in the evening and you have a 50/50 chance that they are hiding out and not taking orders.
Well, if you were looking for the bottom of any fast food place to go in the Mckinney/Prosper area this is it. The business model here is why are you bother us today, why can't we just go out of business already. You've been warned.

Online it says they're open until 12 so we pull up and get no response at all. We pull around and the windows are unoccupied. As we're leaving we see them inside sitting at tables hanging out. Y'all should just stop claiming late hours if your employees don't do that. You're paying to have people not do their job. However, if you're a customer, I'd recommend going to Taco Bueno right next door. They do service late. And as I'm in line at Bueno, two more cars left unattended to over at Burger King. SMH.....
6:40pm on a Sunday and closed?? I've also been here several times and there's only been one employee working!?!? I don't know how that is acceptable for a major corporation? Clearly you have major issues. Lmk if I can help y'all update your hours on google!
