Great customer service, nice and clean place
Whoever was working there on December 24 of 2021 should be fired. Very rude and disrespectful and zero customer service at all. I live in Artesia which is right next to 7-Eleven and I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to get gas or go to any convenience store. They don’t know how to speak to customers don’t know how to handle any situation especially during the holidays. Do not recommend!

This 7-11 has the worst customer service. I know it's just a convenience store, but I expect a certain amount of professionalism when I go in there. There's one that's always on her phone while ringing customers up, a kid in there who doesn't have a clue about how to do the lotto or redeem scratchers, and another adult who is just clueless about anything. And they did NOT honor their special advertised prices when I went in today. I was told that the manager "forgot to take down the signs". Well, that is your problem, not mine, and you should honor the marked prices. But the guy would not, even though I showed him the displayed sale price. This is not an isolated case; almost every time I go in there, I regret going in.
