I've never been a morning/breakfast person or a big fan of waffle house in general. However this location has changed my outlook on it. The staff that are there overnight/early morning are really nice and Profesional. The establishment as a whole is clean, and welcoming.Food is always fresh and the ingredients are fresh. I've never had anything bad from here. This will continue to be a go to location whenever I'm working in this area.
Completely awful experience. I was greater with a cat call instead of an appropriate professional greeting, then I had to stand there waiting for 5 minutes before the manager said "someone needs to take her order" while eating a piece of toast, and when someone finally came to take my order that I repeated 3 times, he still gave me something different. NEVER AGAIN!
I’ve never had anything that tasted bad at the Waffle House on Jimmy Johnson blvd. I’ve always had good customer service. Don’t waste your time trying to place a to go order between 6am and 9am because they are way to busy at the time to take on inside customers and to go orders.
What other place is acceptable to go into at 3 in the morning and not feel weird? Scattered and covered hash browns with some eggs and bacon man it can quickly turn any all nighter into a less traumatic experience.
Cook staff was load and cutting up the whole time. A customer came in and her and a waitress were yelling across the restaurant, all the patrons keep looking you could tell it bothered them. I almost left before I finished my breakfast. This was the first time I ate at a waffle house in over 10 years and it will be the last. No respect for the customers in the restaurant. I dont know if the manager was there but they should be fired for allowing this place to get run like this. Go anywhere else anywhere else you will have a better experience. What a joke!!!!
Fabulous cheese omlette and waffles.Excellent coffee.. Thank you Daniel for taking such good care of us.. Highly recommend this waffle house.
Went in at 615 a.m. on 01/18/22! My husband and I took a seat and after a few minutes was told by the guy behind the counter that he could not serve us because his ticket book was empty and he had nothing to write our order on! He advised us that if we wanted to wait about 15 minutes his boss would be in and he would be able to give him a new ticket book and he could take our order then. Are you kidding me? We left and went to ihop and ate and I tried to call the manager but was placed on hold (same guy just laid the phone down. After 4:42 minutes I hung up and repeatedly called back but no one would answer the phone! Y’all eat somewhere else! I’m sure the food is no better than the service!
Great place, I placed a Togo order and left half my order. When I came back the server was walking to meet me at my car cause the already knew. Friendly staff and great food.
Expensive for what I had. I had a hashbrown bowl and a Coke, and it was FIFTEEN DOLLARS. So... Yeah. Waffle House I USED TO ADORE.... Now? Yeah WAY OVERPRICED. And....in dire need of re-vamping the menu
Nakia was very nice, food was hot & atmosphere was very pleasant... first time visiting & would be back if ever in the area.
