I'm a meat eater, so Texas Roadhouse is always one of my go to places to eat. This location was great, I was there relatively close to opening so there was no wait(always a good thing). My waitress/bartender was very polite and made sure I, as well as her other customers were taken care to promptly when seated and ready to order. Held conversations with everyone while you waited for your food. The food was served quickly and was fresh. Good quality meat, cooked the way I ordered. I have no complaints about this establishment. Great place to eat in my own opinion.

I had chichen fried steak, mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables with cream gravy. All great except for steamed vegetables. The carrots were too raw and broccoli a bit hard. Would loved to have them cooked a bit more and butter on them. Rolls delicious! My grandsons one had a hamburger the other chicken fried chicken, they were very happy. My daughter had bbq and it was to her liking. My son n law had a great steak! My husband had chicken fried steak with baked potato loaded and steamed vegetables. We were all satisfied!Wait staff was wonderful! It was a special evening as it was my grandson Chris's graduation from Lamar in Beaumont. Great way to celebrate a great event.
DO NOT GO HERE! By far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. My family and I got to the restaurant at 2:00pm waited to be sat for and hour and forty five minutes! When we were sat the service continued to go downhill. We did not leave until 5:30pm. We didn’t receive all of our food and they tried to charge us full price ! And offered to take off a ten dollar appetizer compared to an $250 tab all together. The manager offered to give us a business card to contact the manager. We were NOT having that. Being a former food service employee I was well informed on the situation and I knew what could be done. Everyone received 20 percent off their meal. In all do not go here they do not know how to handle a crowd and obviously do not value their customers
Love the steak, baked potatoes, and salad. My favorite salads in area because it has everything on it. The appetizer cheese potatoes is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it tastes kinda burnt. I ordered take out couple times.. one time was no ranch for the salad, second time no silverware to use to eat. Other than that place is good, never had issue with actually dining in.
Considering how crowded it was we got our food in a very timely manner. Our waitress was always smiling and was a treat to have around.
Food was delicious. Caesar Salad cold and crisp. My Portobello Mushroom Chicken was great. Service was wonderful.I gave 4 stars because the music was extremely loud which makes conversation almost impossible. When the music stopped for awhile everyone at tables were able to stop yelling at each other. The line dancing by the servers was cute.???
Where to begin??? Getting the blooming onion and asking when I ordered for two sauces. Then having to ask four more times for it. Even asking the manager and not getting it. By the time it arrived I gave up. Then for dinner. I get a 16oz medium rare. My daughter gets a 8oz medium well. They cook mine medium well and hers medium rare. So that was fun times. So yeah prior to covid this was my favorite restaurant. I loved it. This was my first time back since covid in 2020. Wow what a huge disappointing time this was.
