Ordered online for the 1st time at this location. It said it would be ready for pick up 17 min later and it was. Everything was correct when I picked it up. Ill be back. ?
if a employee makes the sandwich an doesnt do it to the customers orders dont blame the customer. Our sandwiches were pathetic!!! Pictures will show how pathetic they were. three pictures where to be Italian bread with provolone cheese only got 2 peices then was to have turkey got 2 peices very little lettuce a few cucumbers three peices of green peppers n a pinch of black olives. Small shake of oregano. NEXT SANDWHICH FOOT LONG CHICKEN BACON RANCH with pepperoni got charged for two peices. Ann was by far a great employee wish she was still there!! We miss you ann
I had always purchased my subs from this location until today. I placed an order online and sent my son to pick it up. Upon his arrival, he's told someone had already came and picked our order up. He's been there 45 minutes waiting on our order and then told the manager is checking the cameras to see who picked it it up. This is totally unacceptable!
I went in that store today and I must say that the best experience I have ever had for many subway! The manager was very nice and helpful it was super clean she was on the best of spirits!! My sandwich was soo perfect and she gave me EXACTLY what I asked for! Also she took the time to cut my onions up into smaller pieces! Awesome job there and I will be visiting a lot more but only if she’s there! I really appreciate the customer service there
