Cero stars and is sad that such a great business as subway have cero quality cause the employees, this place need to change the manager or I don’t know what they need to do, I always eat at every subway I see and I never had any complaints, I stopped here for early lunch , and one of the girls was rude about getting the bread in the back, the one that put my vegetables in it was literally sick and coughing all over my food, I was so shocked I don’t know if it was on purpose or what the deal was but this lady was coughing and coughing no mask or nothing they don’t care, is super unhealthy to do that if she didn’t learn this before even post Covid everybody should have some kinda common sense, where is the manager of this place? The owner you should be paying attention for employees like this your business can go out of business I will never ever go back, how could it?
They were pretty fast and sandwich was good but not as friendly, they weren't mean just not friendly

When I arrived an employee greeted me immediately and I did not have to wait for the mobile order it was ready. The cashier was very pleasant.

I work close to this location and it is so convenient and the people there have always been so nice. Even though they’re shorthanded they still care, they’re doing a great job!
Disgusting. I ordered on 3 different occasions. 1st time my chicken was spoiled. 2nd time my chicken was still half frozen. 3rd time I asked them to warm the cheese and chicken. I got my sandwich and it was still cold. I then asked for a remake and they took the sandwich back, only to give me the same sandwich back cold. Then they don’t even have real bags. The chicken not white at all it’s still pinkish.
The Subway on Twin city is the best by far I have visited all the subways and no one can compare to the customer service you will get not to mention Ms Monica the manager she is phenomenal she’s sweet she listens she even suggest if you’re not too for sure on how you want your sandwich made. Ms Monica definitely deserves 10 stars at her location she is wonderful if I stayed in Beaumont I would literally skip all the subways on the way to come to the Twin City subway hands-down kudos to this subway my experience there is always ten stars ⭐️ no doubt!!!Now I don’t know how it was in the past but the Present sure has me convinced that this Subway is the best ..
I have patronize all of the Subway's in Port Arthur and by far the Subway on West Port Road has better service.
Waited 10 min. at the drive threw when there were no customers at all. While two cars behind me left I finally left just want the owner or manager to know your employees are losing you money. Subway is usually good at service when I eat at other locations 5-6 times a week. Went to Popeyes across the street.
