I'm sorry for what I'm about to say me and a friend just left this place and they had some kid on the headphones and the register. He couldn't "hear" my friend when she wanted pickle friesqnd she said a medium drink he rung her up a small when she said a medium. The lady at the window had the worse customer service and tried to argue with us when it suppose to be the customers are suppose to be right. They need someone that's suppose to be more experienced on the headset and the window.
I pulled in to a stall speaker was broke, went to another stall pushed the button and waited to place my order. Kept waiting and waiting no one responded. So I left they where not busy, this is the second time I have been to this SONIC first time to get ice cream and the ice cream machine was not working properly. Will not come back to this location again.????????

I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the option. Horrible service. Took my four granddaughters there to get a snack and drinks on Tuesday, March 15 at approximately 4:15 pm. They were not very crowded at all. Got out and was going to eat at the sitting area. Tried twice to order through the kiosk. No response. Car hop was in and out, and never once acknowledged or asked if we needed anything. Staff inside could clearly see we were waiting, standing there, etc., and still no service. We loaded back up and left. We will never stop at this Sonic again.
Food took forever to come out even though I ordered through the app. I got there, checked in and it took 20 minutes for a tea and 2 hot dogs. Then the food was cold. Just meh!
Dropped in to get the tots with chili and cheese and a drink. Service was quick and friendly. Food was fresh and drink was correct with no ice (as asked).
This is why I don't care for fast food. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with pickles and peppers, no tomatoes and this is what I got. So disappointed ?
Just stood at the out door window for 20 minutes waiting on a Patty melt, while the drive through was moving fast....very disappointed and will never eat here again.Guess if you not 8n a car you're not important.
I came for lunch and the women who brought me my food was helpful and informative and had a great personality. She's brought out extra sauce and napkins to every car and then was bringing out the food too. She was well mannered and sweet and answered all my questions about payment and some of the machines being broken. I would definitely come back again if I knew keenah/ kheena/ kehna/ was working. (Not sure on spelling of her name but she was such a hard worker).
Garlic butter burger. It tasted ok but presentation was lacking. Service was quick and they did come around again to see if I needed anything else.
