I stopped going to the sonic on memorial because last time I tried the ice cream blast and the sneakers was hard and taste old and I wrote a complaint only because my stomach was hurting bad and I'm pregnant I stopped going there and I came to the one on twin city I came up there around 6 something today and it's April 21st I ordered a large sonic blast sneakers with butter cup recess and it wasn't hard at all only thing was I ate some of the ice cream and I looked and I ended up seeing and eyelash hair I don't know if the girl who made it had did it or if it was another worker cause I came thru drive thru but I was very disgusted because I'm looking at it as if I could find a hair in here no feeling how many more I could find and I just wanted to let y'all know to see if y'all could change and fix that but I will not be buying anymore blast only because it's always something with the blast one on memorial had hard candy and y'all store has hair in it it's not me being petty or nothing I'm just letting y'all know because of the next person who might order one I'm not asking for an apology because it's not gon take back what I saw n I won't forget I'm just asking if y'all could do better or please watch people who make blast because I'm very disappointed I waisted money on that and wish I could go back
Have not been to the sonic in a long time, probably wont come back! Girl that took order acted like I was bothering her, they were not busy at the time. Told her 2 no#7s, we waited for quite awhile brought me 1 no#7, then had to go back place another order and we waited again, got home finally had 6 tater tots in a paper cup with order, pretty skimpy for what they charge you! Food was not great, just eatable, will not waste my time again.
I ordered 2 simple items, blue coconut cream slushes. When the car hop brought them to my car there was ice cream and blue syrup from the slush all on the outside of both, the lids were split, not staying on & the 2 drinks were 2 different shades of blue. Meaning, they were not mixed correctly. Being a previous manager at Sonic, I know how all items should look and not look before going out to the customer. I politely asked her to please take them back and fix them and clean up the outside of the cups. She didn't even have napkins to offer me. When she brought them back out, unfortunately NOTHING had been done to them. Very disappointing.
Ordered a drink in the drive thru. Waited..... car pulls up behind me they get their drink and a nice long conversation......me... still no drink....???
A good place to eat and work, I worked for Sonics before, they were very short-handed, only one Catholic, and maybe two working on the inside, but besides that, our food service still was quick!
Ordered ahead on Sonic App. Which gives you 1/2 off drinks. They brought the food out in a few minutes. Burger: did not taste fresh, sloppy put together, 1 tomato, 1 raggedy piece of lettuce, it was ok, but not as good as burger depot or what it should be for the price.
Red button interactions was not professional. Food was not very hot and look like it had been smashed with a skillet. Credit card machine didn't work at my lane. Several people pulled in and out of the 3 lanes beside me because the displays were out
Waited 30 MINUTES FOR A STUPID CHEESE BURGER WITH MAYO AND LETTUCE ONLY! WORST SERVICE EVER NEVER COMEING BACK ???????##$#%# ps.WE HAD TO SEND IT BACK
Waited close to 10 mins at drive thru. I can understand low staff, but at least acknowledge the customer and say sorry for the wait. Whataburger down the street said hi within 30 seconds
Good service, not as friendly as other sonics I've been too but they were nice
