Today, March 20, 2022, I have been waiting for my pizza for more than an hour when I order it online, they told me that this list has already arrived and I had not done anything yet, they take too long, terrible service and the fat lady treats you very badly
They don't pay attention. I asked for extras pepperoni and got this. Not the first time.
my order was forty minutes late. Driver and supervisor at store were very nice but the delay was frustrating.
Better worker Pizza was all wrong cheese Sticks was not cut.. Not enough wings just Horrible call store and said I had to bring it Back ...A lot of Money for that order over 30$
Place an online order for cheesy bread only. Waited 15 minutes for my order in the parking lot. When I went inside it said my order was ready on the screen overhead however they had not made my cheesy bread. Waited another 10 minutes and did not get contactless carryout as requested before and after the first attempt (dog in my vehicle). When my cheesy bread came to the counter it had no parmesan Shake on top and the wrong sauce in the Box. Order cheese bread at Pizza Hut all the time and never had it so confusing. Unlikely to return to this location
Food is always fresh and hot! The associates are always nice & helpful too.
They give you what they want not what you ask for. They don't listen awful place and nasty pizza. Not a place a recommend
This has to be the worst location in Texas! I waited 2 hours to get my pizza deliver. They only have 2 drivers ? ?. I am going to give them what they are 2 stars a bunch of haters! ???
Food taste good. Pizza was not hot. Took 40 minutes after I was notified the driver was in route.
Service was not up to my standards. Employee were playing around, not paying attention to customer, talking extremely loud and not very professional. I could see my order but because of all the distractions, the employee said she could not find my order. Pizza was very good...
