Love the ice cream, my grandson said it should be a 5 star.
There were two women working when I came in. The woman that served me was professional and kind (short, petite frame, and she had an accent that sounded foreign). The other woman (thicker build, no accent detected) was quite rude. I asked about ‘pup cups’ as I had my puppy along, asking how much they are. She said $8. I responded “$8 for a pup cup?” She responded “The prices are up there” and pointed to the display. I asked again “I don’t see ‘pup cups’ up there, are they the same price as the ice cream?” She responded “we don’t have pup cups.”Moral of the story? Listen to the customer, try to understand the question, and respond in an inviting manner. And, consider having some small Dixie cups to fill with whipped cream for pups.
