Made an order online and when going to pick it up via code that is given to get the order out the machine for pick up the order waw not 100 percent available. You shouldn't have to wait a whole hour plus to pick up and order made online Also on arrival why is it that people that drive up are receiving orders that were made online for other people to pick up that was paid for in advance. It's not good business to give out other people orders to customers that show up on the drive up to purchase. This location needs to do a better job of adhering to online pick up policy. Do better

I drove a long way to Port Arthur after placing and order at Nederland and having a really bad experience there w a girl that claimed to be the manager. But The manager at Port Arthur helped me out, heard what I had to say about the other place and offered to make my order fast. After I placed my order, I saw customers coming and going real fast, no long wait, and business was running good and fast. I appreciated my order was out soon after. My kids even said , "wow that was fast", after waiting for 1hr at the other place. After being refused a refund by the Nederland (so called manager) after some other guy had taken my order " by mistake", I appreciated the treatment I received at Port Arthur.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star ! More like half a star like the longest yard movie ! Aint about nothin ! Wait damn near 30 min for a 5 $ hot n ready . Dominoes her i come !

Place your order ahead of time. Otherwise be ready to wait 15-20 minutes

Ordered pizzas through the pizza portal to try and have the least contact possible because the employees have never worn mask and it looks like the floors have never been moped. Their is plenty of employees but 90% of them are on their phones, hanging out & running in & out of the store yelling at friends. Another customer told them they should be ashamed of themselves for acting like they are at home, playing. Pizza was super greasy and I had them make more crazy bread for me because mine was like rubber with no parmesan or butter. It took them 20 minutes to make crazy bread & it wasn’t much different but it had Parmesan this time. The time before this they didn’t have a order for me when I got there & acted as though it was my fault. They got my money!

This was a joke!! Ordered online, went to pick up my order and they had shorted me 2 orders of brownies and my dipping sauces. Went back in, was ignored for 10 minutes. Girl finally came to the counter, slammed the dips on the counter and then handed me one package of frozen brownies! At this point, just shook my head and walked out.

Last night I went to pick up an order. The pizza itself was wonderful, however what was not wonderful was witnessing the store manager tell a non English speaking customer to not come in because he couldn’t speak English. Immediately I intervened and helped to translate. But I no you have google translate on your phones…learn some compassion…been trying to contact the GM all day…no answer so here I am making a google review…and as I’m a bartender and it’ll be slow tonight looks like I’ll be going on a review bender bc this type of xenophobia is ridiculous

Do yourself a favor, DON'T USE THIS LITTLE CAESARS! Drive to the one on Nederland Ave. Several times our online order has been placed in the wrong slot. How hard is it to read a number and match it? Can you follow simple directions. This leaves us waiting in line to get our pizza which we were trying to avoid due to LONG LINES AND WAIT TIMES! Store manager, please get literate employees! Also, do some research on when the busy times are and staff the place appropriately, and stock the Hot and Ready pizzas appropriately. I understand it might be hard to get help, but pre-Covid there was still a problem with staffing.
