Got my usual, 2 piece breast and wing original. Still taste great. Courteous staff.
I think I’ve been here about 4days straight! I’m hooked on that original chicken and the mashed potatoes & gravy. Customer service has always been good, I guess cause I don’t go places asking the employees if they have a attitude, a problem (agitating) or even wanting to snatch people out of a window is why I get fresh food and good service every time I go lmao
Ordered the 20pc hot wing. Chicken tasted old ended up throwing out away a waste of $25. But I wasn't gonna eat it. Didn't have all my wings either they end up putting whole wings in my box with my hot wings o was really disgusted by that point and tossed the whole thing in the garbage. Will not return. Then if someone else was buying.
Went yesterday and they robbed me, bought the big box supposed comes with 3 pieces, when I got home it got only two pieces and worse the chicken was burnt overcooked and greasy, disgusting enough will never go back to that place, the food is not presentable and seems they are NOT caring about proper food handling, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The girl at the window on Tuesday feb. 1st around 8:20 has very bad customer service, she was rude to the lady In front of me then was the same way when I pulled up so I asked her if she had an attitude she said “no ma’am”??. When I pulled up the the window she preceded to tell her friends “she mad” I had to tell her some about herself because this has not been the first times this same lady with long nasty braids has been rude. I’m just trynna order my food she is very immature made me wanna snatch her through that window. Oh and they STILL made my food the wrong way after I repeated the same order I get every time charging me for extra crispy chicken and not putting barely anything in there. Honestly wanted to throw up in my mouth bc it tasted like they put some in it, NEXT TIME I will record her unprofessional scary self.?good day

Lady at the window has 0 respect for the customers, and doesnt know the menu. Unprofessional, I ordered something she said they dont have it. Then repeated to me what I wanted. On top of that had a NASTY attitude towards me, amd was on her CELL PHONE talking whole taking my order if I could I'd rate a -10
5 stars only because of the plant based nuggets.
Well, they have plant based nuggets, so I gotta give them that.
Chicken don't look right, meaning the breast and wing did not look right. So I got my $ back.
