Made a mobile pick up order. Went to pick up my food and they were like ummm, someone has already picked up your order. I was like I'm right here with the order number in hand on my phone. They remade it, but the egg roll they gave me was so stale, extra hard, could not even bite through it. It went in the trash. Let's double check orders please, before you give out someone's food. Disappointed
You never know what you are going to get at this Jack in the Box. It's supposed to be 24 hour service, but sometimes I get there & the lights are not on or you pull up to the order board & somebody tells you, they are not open yet. Other times, they have told me they aren't serving because something is broke down or they are out of certain items of food. When you do get something, you can't be sure to get what you expect, it may have the wrong type bread or missing some of the ingredients. I keep going back because there are not many options at 5am.
I don’t usually write reviews on anything, but this one is a long time coming, I have not had 1 positive visit to this fast food restaurant in over 10 years, I don’t understand how they stay in business, drive thru is always 20 to 30 mins with only 2 cars, they are consistently out of something every time you go, and when they are out they still want to charge you full price for the items they are missing, and on top of that they always screw up the order somehow, whether it be missing items or missing ingredients on food, and that’s every single visit, I understand things happen, whether staff or management, but I don’t understand how something can be ran so horribly consistently, I thought the new one they built by heb would be better but it’s just as bad if not worse, jack in the box down here gives the whole franchise a bad name, they either need to change management or just sell and let a better fast food chain move in.
I'm impressed with the bad service with this jack in the box. Twice I've been here at 6am.. and there is nobody attending. One of them saw us and ignored us.
I've eaten here numerous times and it doesn't matter what I order........ it's a 15 minute wait no matter what!!! Several missing things not an option when asked if they had it. Always out of taco sau e. Sweet and sour for my egg rolls. Out of fountain drinks 2 days out of a 7 day week. Overall experience is just a horrible one. They really need to change management there and get back to being better at what they do!!
Love this place but the fries are always too hot oh and the floor is always greasy n slippery bathrooms dirty but the burgers r juicy n good
I don’t know her name, but she works late night (4am 12/31/21), she is heaven sent. This woman made “THE BEST” Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich I’ve ever ate and she was kool people, didn’t give any excuses about not being able to take my order like the other location (TC). Definitely will be back to this location
I don’t know how they are still open.Every time I go to this location theres an excuse as to why they can’t take orders.Today it was “we are waiting for our cashier to show up” as if a manager can’t take orders or cash them out.Last time “we don’t have tacos and only things that are fried, no grilled items”Absolutely frustrating to say the leastSave your time and visit the other location on HWY 365
NO ONE WOULD TAKE MY ORDER. I sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 5 minutes, ppl pulling in behind me. Pulled forward when no one answered me. Went to the window 5 employees just looking at me. I rolled down the window and waved to get the workers attention. They all walked away and kept looking over their shoulder like "what do they want?" I said "can I place an order?" They kept looking and went where I could not see them anymore. I left instead of going inside because they clearly didn't want to assist me. I didnt want them to do anything crazy to my food...
I wish I could give a negative rating. I went to get some late night food and the lady working was so rude from the moment we pulled up to order. Not only was she rude, she didn’t tell me that they were out of EVERYTHING fried so every time I went to order something she said “no. We’re out.” I quickly checked inside my bags to make sure I had the right number of burgers and it was correct, so I went home. And when I get home, I didn’t even get what I asked for and everything was poorly made. I understand that it’s late, but if you don’t like your job, then you need a new one. Or at least fake it so the costumers don’t leave upset.
