I had a large order last night late. I had to wait for a good minute if you know what I mean but part of the order ( taco's ) where not fresh and I made the critical mistake of eating them and I have been throwing up and sick ever since.I don't complain often and I hate to do it now but I'll be damned if I ever show my face there ever again.
“EVERY SINGLE NIGHT” (late night) it’s a problem. Either they claim the system is down, that they’re in shift change or they simply won’t take your order. You try to order breakfast and they’ll tell you that you can’t order breakfast until 4am when I always thought breakfast was 24hrs or to not take your order, they’ll tell you they’re out of the item or items you want. Meanwhile all of the employees are outside smoking or sitting in their vehicles. Never in my life have I seen a business run like this. Management here is a JOKE. People getting paid to do absolutely nothing
Not very friendly service, had I hate this job written all over them! The jumbo Jack was not good at all, when I opened it up, everything slid right off it, with all the mayo!
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and couldnt even eat it. Completely wrong sandwich and the diet coke was flat! This worst jack in the box you can go to by far. This franchise should be pulled
Drive thru window employer had on a tight black shirt and super tight fitting jeans with her skin showing...not appropriate...never smiled..very unhappy and rude..we ordered 2 chicken club combos with curley fries and dr.pepper. sandwiches were ok, but drinks (came with medium drinks) were watered down tasting and they gave us scraps (bits and pieces) of curley fries, not enough to call it anything, especially when we pay more for curley (upsetting) and they were cold (yuck). No ketchup in bag, paid $17.73....I'm so disappointed....soooo disapointed.
Never gets Togo order right. I’ve ordered Togo twice now and it’s always missing something. Also they only have one person some night. That is crazy.
I come here all the time for Ubereats orders. They’re usually mediocre, but tonight they pulled me to the front of the restaurant after sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I sat out front waiting on an order for FIFTY minutes. That’s crazy!
I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru and have been pulled to the front of the store for 38 minutes now.
Attempted an order through the app on 10/26 early morning. Delivery was provided by postmates. My experience was the worst experience I have ever had in any food delivery transaction. The unfortunate driver that was employed through postmates attempted to make my experience somewhat better than was initially provided. He sat for 45 minutes while waiting for the restaurant to attempt to try again on my order. Long story short, the employees working at the time obviously did everything they could to intentionally incorrectly create my order. There was items missing and replaced with fries and tacos. The items that were provided were swapped around or missing toppings that were paid for as upgrades. I will never order from this location again, and I will likely avoid Jack n the Box all-together moving forward.. i just moved to the area and already found one place of business that will never have an opportunity to provide service to me in the future.Worst part is, the phone number provided on here is not accurate and cannot be completed as dialed. It seems as this location likely does not wish to take responsibility for their lack of service. I contacted postmates who attempted to help me out best I could to reach out to this franchise. They had the same inaccurate phone number. They have submitted internal review to re-consider providing their service with this Jack n the Box. I also already filled out a formal complaint online and have yet to hear a word from their management. Thus why I am reaching out publicly on here. Perhaps my review can save a future considering customer from experiencing the same inconsiderate experience that I found myself dealing with less than 24 hours after moving to this area. Hopefully other locations around here are warming to potential business from a new resident.
Best fast food has everything from great burgers to egg rolls jalapeño poppers to breakfast truly the best fast food yum!
