Ordered ahead of time (1hour) thru Ubereats and when I got there my order had been cancelled because one item on my order wasn't available. I asked if the other part of my order was available I was told yes but they didnt make it and it would be about 15 to 20 minutes. I'm on a 30 minute crunch so now I'm left scrambling trying to figure out what I can get quick and make it back on time.
My husband likes the food but the service is terrible. I called last night to place an order after 7:30 but i was told that they were only accepting in-person orders until 745. I reluctantly said OK and said that I would head straight over. When I got there right at 745, I was told that I couldn't order. I reminded the clerk of our conversation from 4 minutes earlier, but she just kept repeating that I could not order. I called the next day to speak with the manager but I was told that the manager was not there and they could not (or would not) tell me when the manager would be available for my call. I have a funny feeling that i was actually talking to the manager. The point is that businesses need to honor what they tell their customers.
Fish was pretty good and the service was great! The woman who took my orders name was Santa and she was very friendly and helpful! I'll definitely be back!
Prices to high food is ok sucks they don't have shrimp fried rice with wings u have to get fries
Well I just order a 4 piece fish strip and got chicken!Always check your order before you leave because they can’t tell the difference between a chicken and a fish! 1/11/22
I bought I fried turkey today, I prepaid over the phone a week in advance. I picked it up and they told me to heat it up for 4 to 10 minutes. It was ice cold when I brought it home. I had to stick it in the oven for about 45 minutes to an hour in the oven. It did not taste very good. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BY ANYTHING FROM JJ WINGS & SEAFOOD again. ??
The only flavor they have for everything they sell is salt&pepper with msg. They are also very expensive. Also for some reason, there's a lot of junk in the area where you place the order and it's very dark in there. I do not recommend this place at all.
Love the shrimp fried rice and the salt and the salt and pepper wings plus love the egg rolls they are definitely one of a kind
