Would leave 0 stars if I could. Roberta is getting upset at customers waiting for food patiently, she was cussing on her way to the kitchen. We all had to pay for food before we received the food. Most people had food missing, food was cold. Service was terrible we had to wait a hour and half for food. We had to speak for even a refill on our drinks but after we told her for our refills she sat down looking at all her receipts that she had her shift. Overall horrible customer service the other day I came it wasn't like this and the manager on shift was cleaning tables and hearing us getting upset with service and yet she didn't do anything as well. Horrible management, horrible service.
Spacious location, excellent food. But several tables with dirty tables were around us in spite of my family being the only customers present. Parking lot somewhat dark at night. Roof was not lit at night, making it harder to find in spite of having GPS.
Terrible. Waited 30 minutes for our server who I could tell didn’t want to be there. After waiting another 10 minutes for our drinks we left. Waste of time. Went down the street to Cheddar’s and had immediate service that didn’t treat us like a bother. I feel like I should bill IHOP for my time lost.Absolute trash. I wish I could rate this zero stars.
First time going to this ihop. Service fast and friendly. I ordered my usual which was very good. (Country fried steak breakfast) I love it!
Best IHOP I have been to. Service wonderful, food great. I changed up my order from the menu options, no problem. Everything came out hot and delicious.
Horrible hostess. Left myself and a gentleman just standing for over 5 minutes without so much as a hello or greeting. Just kept staring at us. She did little more than stand around while the place was fairly busy.Also, when your name is International House of Pancakes then your pancakes should be the best anywhere. They were dry, almost burned. The rest of the meal wasn't much better.I wouldn't go back again.
Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Then had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. The pancakes were cold. They only had 2 cooks in the back, so I understand, but it was a mess!! Also the fire alarm went off when an elderly lady decided she was going to leave through the wrong exit. Guess she tried to dine and dash! Other than all that, I had good friends and family with me so for the most part it was enjoyable
While we the only people in the restaurant, I can not understand why. The service was great, the food was hot and tasted good, our server was very pleasant and personable. We always have a good experience while dinning at this location.
It's alright. They no longer give you heated syrup, at least mine wasn't. The waitress was nice. Also the booth we set in was very raggedy and tore up.
Takes a minute to get served but it's because they are always full in the mornings. That means good food!! Service is usually good too!
