Always the nice at employees!
Well came in today and when I was ordering, the lady that was helping me turned around and started talking to her coworkers while I was telling her what I wanted. So I stood there for about 15 seconds for her to stop talking, and she didn't even apologize when she got back with me. That was really rude, I don't think I will be back here anymore.
First time here. Donuts were warm, freshly made. Donuts taste just like Dunkins
The customer service is average. The food is more expensive than most donut shops in the area.
today i went through drive thru had a wait ordered chocolate twist and another item got home to enjoy my purchase only to find mold on twist on corner end was very disappointed just tossed in trash and marked them off as not visiting again if not paying attention I would got sick very disappointed went from my favorite place to worse experience

There was a lot of people in here but they also have lot of people working which make it a quick in and out. Everything was fresh and tasty which is hard to find at many places now.
My favorite donut shop! The little lady at the window is SO SWEET!! My son and I are regulars because of her and my husband was a regular before us. She always remembers my son's order and she knew his dad had passed without ever asking. She always asks how we're doing with an honestly concerned look in her eye and makes sure she includes my son in the conversation. I adore her and if she ever leaves there I probably will too.
