Ordered through Waitr. Half of the order was incorrect or missing something and the other half was soggy and tasteless.Ordered cheesesteak - had to had my own cheese because there was none. The steak part was cut in chopped bits and so bland. The onion rings were pale and soaking wet.Ordered buffalo wings with lemon pepper rub - all I see on there is red pepper flakes. No taste of lemon pepper and definitely no buffalo sauce. The blue cheese dressing also looks nasty and tastes greasy.The other things were at least what I ordered, but they tasted so bad. No thanks.
What on earth happened to Dylan's??? Saturday afternoon 3/5/22...Waited 15 minutes, finally went and got menus and table setting... ourselves. Server came an took our drink order, then waited another 15 minutes to get a beer... still waiting on some food... fingers crossed ?
Poor customer service. Asked a server for napkins and steak sauce told she's just the cook. She'll find our waitress. Then asked another waitress for assistance I'm not your server. Wow. Napkins shouldn't be a big issue. Higher wouldn't recommend
We ordered boneless chicken bites with the hottest sauce and there was NO TASTE at all. He didn't want the fries with crust he told the waitress that and BOOM they came out that way. It took almost an hour for a club sandwich that was on a bun and not sourdough like he asked. Then they charged him for the steak fries he subbed out and we had to tell them to take off the bill since the sandwich came with a side.
Everything was great from the hot food to the good mixed drink and cold beer. Amazing service and staff

I love going to Dylan's. That's where I picked for my birthday. There were 10 of us in our party. Drinks - fine, appetizers- fine. Wasn't very busy so the first 4 dishes came out pretty quick. Almost 30 minutes later we finally located our waitress and she checked on the rest of the food. When they brought it out it was stone cold, obviously had been ready for quite a while. We informed the waitress who removed the dishes and removed the charges for those dishes. So no apology, no acknowledgment of how long we waited. I'm so disappointed, I'll have to find a new favorite place.
Almost hate to let the secret out, all the locals know. Buck, the owner, works so hard, and succeeds in keeping the place neat, clean, and up to date. The patio, is the hard to beat, anywhere, in this country. Food is great and moderately priced. Great live music. They have trouble keeping wait staff, as many do, but they do a good job.
My husband enjoyed his burger and the mashed potatoes. I didn't get my steak medium done liked ordered. ?
More like a daycare environment. When you go in to have a couple of drinks and set out on the patio and relax for the evening, you would think there would not be screaming kids. Wrong! Because inconsiderate parents yelling at thier screaming toddlers is not my idea of a relaxing time. Better choose some place besides Dylans
