The most disrespectful experience I ever had and I wasn't even there to eat for myself... the lady upfront, short and black, she has to go. If your having a bad day that's cool but don't take it out on customers. I am working as well. My order was in the window ready to grab and go but instead I catch attitude... I respectfully asked everyone before me if they had been helped, including 3 older lady's before me. My order was made before the order being taken when I showed. I called back and get hung up on. I asked for her supervisor and I get laughed at. I dare anyone to watch this staff work and eat ... and I'm sure the lady who had the attitude was a manager on front line serving orders. SM*H.Your losing a lifetime worth of business in the long run. Even if it's $20.00 a week... x4 (a month) x12 (a year), x10 (a decade)....Cooks were cool... guests were cool.... front line cashier and possible manager... she was not cool. Thanks for the warning. I know not to return as a guest now.
Took ages just to get a blizzard, just sat in the drive thru behind 2 other cars watching 3 employees goof off and waste time while we all just waited. Unreal. All this while another employee just went out to the parking lot to talk to friends and then gave me attitude when I asked what was taking so long. I count 4 visible employees with no one actually working.
Stopped by to get a chocolate dipped ice cream cone..we love them
I didn't eat there I was picking up my huge Waitr order from Dairy Queen but they got my entire order together in a reasonable/fairly quick amount of time.
This is date night for me and my boyfriend every sat. I can't complain about anything it's all good
Customer service is really slow.. most always. But the food is fresh, for the most part. The reason im giving 2 stars, as opposed to the 3 i wanted to give, is because I purchased 12 of the $1 Tuesday tacos a little AFTER 5p.m. on yesterday. The amount of grease in them had all 4 ppl in my party, including myself, very sick! Ridiculous! Also, the was nearly no meat or lettuce in them. Note to manager: in my opinion, food should be best presented ALWAYS, but definitely when people are going to work, on lunch break, and getting off. Also, just because a person orders a LOT, doesn't give a green light to skimp on ingredients. There were multiple people in my party, this multiple ppl disappointed in the service and quality of food we received. Seeing as though I was bragging about this particular fairy queen, I DEFINITELY feel disappointed.
