I haven't been disappointed yet, very consistent in the flavors of the food and always has a fresh refreshing taste. I always get a burrito with the Beef fajita and don't plan on changing it anytime soon because I love it.
I liked my burrito it was hugh and took two meals to eat. Its crowded with no social distancing but the food was great.
A good place with lots of options for people trying to eat a little better.

Online orders are always a long wait & rarely ready by the projected time.I come in & wait while others order & walk out with food, after pre-ordering 30 min. in advance ?

I ordered lunch for my kids & I today using the Chipotle App on my phone. They charged my credit card $28.79 & when I went to pick up my food, the few employees there said they were closed. The manager refused to refund my money and only said "They were supposed to turn off the online ordering. " I showed him where I was charged in my bank account. He was rude and did not care. He said I would have to find out how to request a refund online even though it was the company 's fault???
So.....a spoon of brisket, lettuce, queso, and guacamole only with bottled water cost $17.50??? I do no beans, no rice, no other condiments but then up charge me as well....That's ridiculous for the amount of food I received.
Dirty store. Out of everything (for the day) like they stop cooking at a certain time, I guess, but I went for lunch, so ?♀️?♀️?♀️. No idea, but it's no way to run a business.
