Working in town for 2 months. Went here twice on weekends. It seemed very Local. Everyone knew each other. Great. But the servers were not trained. Every part of my meal was bad.Gave my order. Menus were not picked up.Food arrived. Too quick to tell them I have no silverware or napkins.Finally catch someone and ask for both. Only silverware dropped off.I got tacos and wanted hot sauce. Had to get up and get it myself.Caught the next person asking for napkins and more water. Got water no napkins. The table next to me gave me their napkins.Look, I went twice and both times were bad. I wish the best for the servers but this place needs to close.I still tipped 15% because my wife is in the industry.
Ordered guacamole w/ chips & was served cold chips. Could’ve been chips from a previous customers plate or maybe someone in the kitchen wasn’t wearing a hair net but found multiple hairs in the chips. Literally picked up a few strands that were connected to chips. I’d immediately noticed they were cold when initially brought out but my fresh batch was only brought out due to the wig in my basket. Maybe it’s because we were there in the last hour. Idk. But won’t be returning.
Worst experience ever. I understand short staff but no reason for food to come out cold especially when only 3 table. GM was on staff he never checked on tables , was only worried about bar area. They food came out a hr half after ordering and was nasty. Nothing was done for it. Watched a couple get up and leave because they had order come out three times wrong all they wanted was spinach dip and hamburger meat with their crown and sprites. Our waiter had only worked 3 days and was left to try to figure it out. Finally cook came out to bus tables and finally helped w togo boxes and apologized but never could get manager over. Our food sat in that window and when waiter saod food was cold to one of the ladys they said oh well send it out. Really is this how this chili's
The food was so good my mouth was watering . It was so delicious. Even though there were not a lot of staff they still managed to do good . 10/10 but not all the time they do good . For example , for my last birthday it was terrible the food was uncooked and everything?? but gladly they got new employees ??
That was the worst service I've ever had. Very understaffed. We had a party of 10. Barely anyone in the restaurant and we still had to wait almost 30 mins to be seated. We waited 10 on the server to come to the table and 15 after that for our drinks. We ordered appetizers and waited over 30mins for those before leaving. I will not go back. I don't blame the server for being the only server on the floor, I blame management.
They need new management. The last 3 times I’ve been here over the span of over a year the service is absolutely awful. Always out of everything, one or two servers every shift, can’t make their margarita of the month, can’t order some appetizers.It seems like they are trying to run this business into the ground.
Have had a good experience going here. The waiters are excellent and food is great. They are short staffed but still get job done.
My husband and I love ordering online for Chili’s to be delivered for a night in! Their Brisket Burger is phenomenal! If you haven’t tried it yet, you really should. It will become your new favorite burger! Be sure to add avocado and bacon though. DELISH!
Decent place, but we only go during the week when Donita works. Very best service.
Had to wait for seating, not because of crowded restaurant but waitress just kept passing by saying just one minute, ten minutes later we left.
