Long wait, but over all the food was great. I picked up my meal in the drive thru.Asked for wheat toasted bread.They forgot to get me the wheat bread. But I didn’t notice until I got home.Still enjoyed my meal though.
I am a chickfila pro... and I think this is the worst chickfila I've been to. They need to teach their staff how to override a issue when I scan my app and still want to pay with my card. I always get told my card was declined when it was just that I didn't want to pay with the app. The beaumont chickfila never has a problem with that. I think they just need better training at this location. Management is not super friendly and seems to be standing around instead of pitching in and helping the team.
We visited the Port Arthur location tonight and the service we received was horrible. We were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. Once the food was delivered to us we noticed the fries were soggy and the four spicy chickens were old. We immediately returned the food and asked for fresh food and we explained we didn’t mind waiting. We were obviously put on the back burner because we had to wait almost 20 minutes or so for our food. I called the manager and she said she was waiting for our food to cook because she was getting us fresh food. I explained that she served almost 10 cars already and we still have not received our food. She then brings us the food. The food was not fresh, again. The manager gave us a brief apology and two coupons only to give us old food again. We are not pleased at all of the level of service received. Chick Fil-A is known for their top notch customer service. Tonight we were highly disappointed. Our experience was TERRIBLE!!!

Absolutely the best chicken sandwiches available from a fast food restaurant. If you don't agree you and Jesus can duke it out. The lords chicken is a sacred treasure. Those juicy chicken patties with a hint of dill give me the flavor I never knew I needed. Not to mention they got the sauce selection that can meet anyone's needs from Ranch to Mustard to around the world with some Polynesian sauce. You got to love it. Except for on Sundays. Those days I have to suffice for lesser options. That one draw back wont make me stray. I will forever cherish you Chick-Fil-A.

Third time that my order has been messed up! Don't know if its because of new people working or lack of attention there but I can't wait until the new Chick-fil-A is open
Extremely upset at the fact that the Port Arthur, Texas location changed their drive -thru hours to open at 7 am. What an inconvenience to us early morning commuters that would stop almost every day on our way to work because McDonald's or donuts is not what we want. Very disappointed in y'all!!!!!
The food was so yummy and good service.
This restaurant is a good option for lunch or dinner. I haven't had breakfast there yet. Yesterday I found a nice treat with my order. They included a yummy brownie with my meal.
