Cheddar's is a smart choice for good food at reasonable prices. This location is no different.Fast friendly service and rarely a long wait even for larger parties.It is nice to find a place that will accommodate parties of 10 to 20 people, with a smile.
Really disappointed with this food place which, due to its category, should be high, but in reality on holidays it is lousy in absolutely everything.The attention and service of the waitress was cordial is the only point in favor.The food took a long time and when they brought it it arrived cold and I'm talking about beef and other accompaniments,I hope it also happened that the tray of food fell on the floor and we had to wait again since we were a whole family, accidents happen but...But they were unable to give a formal apology from their manager or superior and obviously they didn't give anything like a voucher or anything that would have at least left us wanting to come back.Maybe we would have gone on a day that wasn't a holiday or holiday but they didn't give any reason for that, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Very fine dining experience. As soon as we walked in I was impressed by the atmosphere inside the restaurant. Very clean and organized. We were led to our seat and our server (January) was very polite and friendly. Our drinks and appetizers were served promptly and the food came out great. I ordered the steak and it was by all accounts a good steak. Multiple times during the visit we had servers check up on us to make sure everything was going fine so we never had to wonder where our server went. All in all, a wonderful evening.
I had the lemon pepper chicken breasts, broccoli casserole, and carrots. It was so delicious, and the chicken was very moist and tender!! I even had enough left for lunch tomorrow! Yum :-) Thanks.
Fricken AMAZING steak!!Actually everything we ordered was DELICIOUS ? Some of the Best restraint food I've had in a while! Kudos to the cooks!!My only complaint...*Drinks (cocktails) could have been a bit stronger for the price.
The broccoli and cheese casserole was great. But it was the high light of the meal along with the coconut shrimp. The ribs we burned, dry and covered in sauce. The ribs were not as warm as I would like and the potato was cold as well. Overall I like Cheddars but I dont think I'll be ordering the ribs again. The waitress was nice and attempted to make it right but I didn't have time today. This is just my latest experience. The place usually does a great job.
Slow service. Mediocre food. Wrong order.Waited 45 minutes for food which one order was wrong. Ordered 2 chicken strip dinners one with hot honey the other plain. Got both plain strips. Rather than reorder we ate them anyway. They were dry as could be. Fries were crispy on the tender plates but the fries that came with the steak were a cold soggy mess.Cheese bites were amazing though! Waited 15 minutes for waitress to come back to take our money. I dont mind slower service with staff shortages but bad food ill never go back for.
My friends and I enjoyed late lunch/early dinner. Our server, Michael was friendly and attentive.My meal, Dijon Mustard Chicken with Mushrooms was delicious. I asked for grilled broccoli instead of steamed as a side, it was great! My friend, her side of mashed potatoes with gravy were served cold, as were my baby carrots.I don't see why the servers still need to wear a mask, it makes it harder to hear them speak over the music or the usual restaurant noise.I gave 4 stars because of the sides served cold.
The food and service is great but the gravy is not supposed to be sweet. The to go carton's tabs should be matched up, when they are not matched up it makes it hard for a people with arthritis to open them.
It started off good the server was nice and he keep coming by to check on us and I bit my chicken tender and it was cold I told my server and he took it back I think they drop it back in the grease and gave it to him to give back I took my son their for his birthday
