They fixed my burger exactly as I requested. The crew on duty definitely communicated and were in sink.My burger ? looked just like the photo on the menu when I ordered the extras to my burger order.If I am paying for extras, I want to visibly see them.
I purchased a new Burger they were offering and it came with 2 junior meats and one piece of cheese unlike the picture that showed 2 big meats and 2 cheese. The fries had lots of black flakes on them from the burnt food that they left in their oil.
I stopped by while headed to work so i didn't check my meals. However when I arrived the frys and drink were fine. I ordered a bacon king and both burger had no bacon in them!!! Like the what hell not stopping here again
That restaurant was so filthy on the inside. The employees were rude,empolite, and one of the employees(female) pants were not fitting properly. I'm surprised this bk is still open with such attitude from employees and being so filthy. Will not visit this location on my travels ever again. I will exit the other side. Sign that reads McDonald's.
False advertisement or incompetent workers? Or would it be a poor system? I use my coupon in an order but the lady told me she couldn't use it because I have to mention I have a coupon before ordering. Why?.. are they going to use something different? Lower quality or old food? Every time I go to jack in the box they adjust the price when I show them the coupon, but this lady doesn't even want to ask the manager if they could do that. My problem. Is not paying the full price, my problem is.. honor the advertisement!
Food was nice and hot, that's about all the good I have to say. The young lady with glasses working drive through consistently has a nasty attitude and forgets to add my straw, napkins, and sauces. Today she gave me a hi c instead of the orange fanta I asked for ? like I wouldn't notice or somethin. Place isn't too bad, but drive through almost always sucks.
I don't know Wht happens with this burger king but this is a brownie shake which looks nothing like the brownie shake I got from the burger king in Beaumont I was so very disappointed in this i started to give it back but ill just save it for my son..smh it looks like vanilla ice cream with Chocolate syrup..and they saw it a chocolate brownie shake
It kinda took forever to receive my food, it seems like i waited a long time for two orders of nuggets and they certainly didn't come straight from the fryer. So.... why do long?

Burger was alright BUT the fries were burnt and very dry and the coke tasted like mineral soda with no flavor luckily I had Pepsi at home. Opted to spend 11 dollars on a large meal had I known the meal was going to be that bad I would've just ordered the sandwich for 6-7 dollars. What a waste of money
