I did an online order for delivery and entered my gift card as payment. It charged my debit card instead; I called the resturant to fix the issue but the manager said she couldn't do anything about it. My food was delivered missing food; the seal was not tampered with as far as I could tell. And it was done backwards; I wanted more or equal of th non spicy wings. I received more spicy than I needed. So I called again, unsurprisingly the manager said it was nothing she could do. I feel like I got scammed, beware of this location.
Came for the lunch special, very good service. Server was friendly, and he made sure we were aware of the lunch deal. I got some street tacos for $8 and it came with fries and a drink!
10/10 for the customer service alone. Tried to come out tonight and was sweetly greeted and regretfully informed there was an hour wait on food before offering to sit us. So much respect for the hostess for letting us know first instead of getting us sat and having to wait to find out from the waitress, if at all.
The service was decent, if you count waiting almost two hours on food as such. When the food finally came, it was dry and cold. It felt like I was eating spicy rocks. I didn't even eat my food at the restaurant. By the time the food came out, I just asked for a to-go box and the bill so I could leave. The staff acted as if it was an issue to ask for anything, and they also claimed the kitchen was backed up as well as them being understaffed for the night. It would be a fluke if that wasn't the majority of most people's experience with the Mid-County location for Buffalo Wild Wings. I haven't been to this restaurant since 2017, and the majority of how they carry their service out has not changed from five years ago... I'm not sure I'll be going back after my visit this time.
Last time we ate at this location they took 1 and a half hours to bring us wings all hard and old... I saw families walking out. 6 months later I decide to give them another shot, as soon as we walked in they told us 2-hour wait for wings. We went straight to wingstop and within 15 minutes we were already eating.
I love BWW & the food is great but don't go on a Tues or Thurs if ur hungry & want to eat pretty quickly. I had a Waitr order they said would take an hour & a half to get & of course I released the order & said no thank you I'm good. Any other day other than Tues or Thurs is great‼️?????

Garbage experience. Ordered delivery and the order was wrong. Manager informed me that delivery orders are through DoorDash, but I could come pick up the missing items myself. No attempt to make the situation right, and I was told they could not refund the delivery charge because it is through DoorDash, and of course DoorDash told me that I needed to resolve that issue with BWWs. The food here is too expensive for poor customer service.

Very much impressed with the black lady who greeted me and she informed me that it would be only three waiters. The lady was kind enough to even bring me drinks before my waiter came. The waiter Chasie took long and seem forgetful but that brown skin was very helpful. This right here is what I love to experience just seeing workers stepping in. My family and I will return and make sure whoever the manager is to give that lady a raise who you see when you first enter.
